• our room had no washcloths, and one pillow was missing pillowcase. The staff gave us 1 washcloth and 2 handtowels because they didn't have enough washcloths. • I couldn't figure out how to make the remote control for the TV. When I asked for help, the staff gave me another remote. One staff member indicated the main reason they don't work is dead battery. I was told someone from maintenance could check it out Monday morning. I finally figured out to manually push buttons on the TV to find a channel to watch. • The hot water faucet in the bathroom sink was broken and not connected to the sink. •The microwave was missing the base plate. •The light above the desk appeared to have a broken lightbulb and wasn't plugged in. ☆ The refridgerator worked and had a temp of 39°. ☆ the bed and pillows were comfortable, the chairs were comfortable and in good repair. • There were signs advertising "grab & go"breakfast, but the only thing available was coffee. The staff told me they hoped there would be more items delivered on the truck coming Tuesday. ☆ the garbage cans were a good size. • the tub had a cracked floor ☆ the water temp and pressure were good. The tub was not slippery, 1 grab bar was in place & in good position. ☆ electrical outlets were accesible and in working order (important for c-paps) • phone had no dial tone and could not call front desk. •staff was difficult to find in the evening. ☆Elevator in working order.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Check-in was confrontational. Room: dirty floor, shabby furniture (except for bed), no safe, not only no shampoo, there was no soap, tub plug removed, shower locked on (i.e. no bath posssible, despite presence of tub). Found LOTS of trash under the bed! No coffee on first day. No breakfast at all, not even grab & go. Tenants loitered out front all day. Noisy tenants. One tenant warned me about bed bugs.

Very dated facility with unsavory characters in the lot and lobby.

Our room had an entry of linolium and it was sticky. We asked the desk clerk to see if someone could wipe it down for us. She said they clean only every other week.

Did not have clock in rom, dishes etc

How it was so homie and clean and quiet everyone was so respectful Nothing bad to say about it

Nothing Smell

The front desk workers were both friendly and kind. However the people in the lobby when we were checking in were rough. To the point where I almost didn't feel safe staying alone there with my young daughter. There was a man stumbling in the hallway saying nonsensical words at like 6pm. We had to change rooms because of a cigarette smell in our original room and then there were burns in the floor of our second room. Again, I think the workers and owners are trying but it's pretty rough. There was only nasty coffee and hot water for oatmeal in the morning. No ice machines or any amenities.

Looks like a decent stay until you walk in. Dirty rooms, nothing works, bed is still damp and the mattress is stained with visible dirt (bugs?) on it. There was a dirty brown stained towels on the floor when I entered. Shady people entering the side doors that don't require a key card to open. I felt unsafe. I left and went to another hotel. $85. Don't do it. Stay away

A little old, but clean. Friendly staff.

Was not able to use the internet I did not have the code. The TV remote would not not work, it turned on the tv but that is all. The recliner in my room had a crack in the vinyl seat. There was only coffee and nutrigrain bars for breakfast. The carpet had stains.

The place was very dirty. They didn't even clean the place before giving it. No quill, no pillows, floor was really wet, smelling very nasty.

Last time, I was charged for the room, but ended up sleeping in the car. this time she messed up the reservation because the hotels "system" was rebooting or something so she wanted me to come back down to the front desk and rerun my card to redo the fee for the night. apparently I did not come down to the front desk fast enough and on her schedule to fix her screw up, so she had the police es ort me out and then I had a cop follow me out of town. AND AND I still got charged for the room. BOTH times. Im not sure if im going to call the secretary of state, call the local news or start suing all involved or do all 3. the fact that no one has rea hed out to me after all this is pathetic and I will not let this go until you make it right with me.

Our room was near to the front desk area from Midnight to 4:00am there was loud talking swearing, laughing, singing, yelling coming from the front desk area. The curtains in the rooms sliding mechanism had been broken and then poorly repaired so it wouldn’t close. A light had been replaced but the surrounding wall had not been painted or patched where the old light had been. Several holes in the walls not painted or patched. Kitchenette had no pots,pans dishes or utensils. The refrigerator rocked back and forth, the door swung the wrong way. The kitchen light didn’t work. The windows were stuck open. The left window lock didn’t. To it work and secured It was a real chore to get them closed which I had to do. The front desk person told it me was a maintenance issue and did nothing. The room was clean but poorly maintained. It smell of cat. I saw a cat in the window of one of the rooms near by. This place is a flophouse.
