I was thrown off by the pictures online versus in person. Most of the time, staff members were not at the front, on their phones, or just hanging outside the building, which made it difficult to get help. I was staying for 3 days, and the entire time, my door wouldn't lock, even after it was shut. All it took to open was a light push, which made me uneasy about leaving personal items in the room while attending to business. The cart in the lobby that was meant to help bring in personal items was literally on its last leg, and the elevator was definitely concerning. Getting on and off felt like we were just waiting for catastrophic failure. It would be helpful and assuring to know when the last time there was intentional maintenance on the elevators in the event something were to happen.

Room was not well kept in the kitchen area. Opened the bathroom door to a smell so bad it near made my Girlfriend sick. Went to the front desk and without saying anything they knew why we were coming back up. They knew the room was not good an still chose to try and rent it to us. Absolutely don’t recommend.

Had the worst room. I was there for 5 days and not once I got my room cleaned, trash bags were full no new towels. And there was barely someone at the front desk.

No amenities whatsoever. It had a stovetop but no dishes/silverware (you can ask for them from the desk, but it was rare that someone was ever there). No phone, no clock, sinks and bathtub were slow-draining and no plugs for either. Toilet was not shimmed (so it was a rockin' ride). No soap or shampoo provided. The microwave was rusted and nasty. The floors were sticky. On the upside, the fridge worked fine and there was plenty of hot water and the A/C worked well. It's close to a few grocery stores and restaurants. Always some sketchy people hanging outside at night though. Perhaps my expectations were too high. Never again.

Unfortunately for me I wasn’t able to check in when I arrived at the property because there were no staff members at the at the counter and I waited for 20-30 minutes no one showed up so I left and I didn’t return

The one bright spot was the staff. Everyone she interacted with was friendly, kind, and welcoming, which we truly appreciated. I hope the property can improve its cleanliness because the employees deserve a hotel that reflects the quality of their customer service.

This property is poorly maintained to the extent you won’t even have a bar of soap to wash your hands. The room was musty, smelled of smoke even though I booked non-smoking. There wasn’t even a remote for the tv. Half the lights in the room didn’t work. The key had to be reset every time I tried to enter the room. The mgr was nice enough but the place is less than 1 star and I asked for a refund of at least one night having booked two. The bed literally had two sheets on it and no comforter or blanket and no extra blankets in the room. The carpet was wet feeling when you walked on it bare foot. I would not recommend taking your shoes off anywhere on that property. I never even looked at the breakfast. It was a hard pass. The elevator had a huge chunk of hair on the floor and several actual burns on the side walls.

The worker came to my door at 8am for check out when check out is 11am.

Lots of parking It smelled of cigarettes and weed. It was old, dated, not cleaned properly. The bed was awful, the walls are thin and I was on the first floor so the person above me sounded like an elephant every time they walked. There was nothing provided for cooking, no one told me where the “breakfast “ was and no one even offered extra toilet paper or a clean towel.
