Pleasant surprise, great hotel!

Instead, it was just as dirty and filthy as when we left. I called the front desk, and they informed me they have a policy of cleaning and changing bedsheets every other day! I was shocked—even Best Western cleans their rooms and changes bedsheets every day. Is that really a good policy for a five-star Hilton Suite?

The hotel is decent and the staff is friendly

Second time staying there and look forward to our next stay!!!

What stood out most was the helpful staff. After checking out, I realized I had accidentally left some items behind. The staff was extremely helpful in locating my belongings and assisting me after I had already departed. Their responsiveness, kindness, and willingness to help turned what could have been a stressful situation into a very positive experience. Between the convenient location, excellent amenities, well-equipped fitness room, and wonderful staff, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would gladly stay here again.

I was only there for a few hours, a place to sleep between stops. My room was clean and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed and pillows. I appreciated the attention to detail in the bed and bath. It's clearly a well-managed, well-maintained hotel.

Will be staying again! Easy to find, staff was so wonderful, and room was nice.

Location Shower floor very slippery. My husband almost fell. Towels, etc. very rough. Water pressure in shower was too strong. Water felt like pins hitting your skin.

Probably the best hotel stay I have had in years. Rooms were clean and up to date. Check-in was seamless. The bar was awesome! Friday night bartender knows his craft. Breakfast was amazing and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely stay here if I travel to the cities again.

Very clean and quiet. Pool was warm. Loved our stay.

Can hear foot steps from room above, traffic noise at night, can hear other guests in their washrooms. Had room cleaned but toilet paper was not replenished with a 1/4 roll left. Workout room did not have wipes or spray bottles wtonwipe down equipment.

Excellent food & Service Thursday evening.

Staff courtesy, and cleanliness My only real criticism is this, the coffe was horrible. Both in the room and in the lobby. I have had coffee from posh settings to coffe brewed in the middle of Iraq, this stuff was hands down the worst. I would expect better from Hilton.

The hostess was very welcoming, cheerful and informative. I was even asked if I was ok with the floor my room was on. Shortly after check in texts were coming in to make sure we were satisfied with our room and to see if anything was needed. We did need more towels which were brought up in short order. I liked the different lobby furniture to set apart areas of the large space. The bar is tiny, but unexpected. The restaurant is the lobby, appearing to have variety. Breakfast is the free continental breakfast offered at most hotels, only for the cost of $9.00, $15.00 if wanting the hot buffet, again the free offerings at other hotels. The water in our room, for us, was complimentary, non-members would be charged $3.00 per bottle. The room was clean, bathroom supplied with traditional necessities, sleep area spacious with plenty of counters for travel gear. The TV worked great, air unit a bit noisy, but helped drown out the traffic noise outside. There were black out shades which mostly blocked light when needed. Toilet paper was a good quality, towels were not scratchy, bedding was comfortable. The beds were pretty firm, which we did not care for.

It was convenient to get to from 494. The room was good, the exercise room excellent, and the wifi was fine. I did not eat there, so I can't comment on the food.

We took a king sized bed room it had ample space, only drawbacks was the chair for lounging in and the shower didn’t have a ledge to sit in if you wanted to. This would be helpful for older travelers. Staff exceptional and rooms were clean. Parking (handicap) was located close to the fro t door. We travel to Mpls several times per year, first time staying here but we will be using this hotel in the future, Continental and regular breakfast a little costly but all in all we are very pleased with our stay.
