A good 25-30 minute walk to Puerto Banus

Location is great. Housekeeping was horrible. Never cleaned our room properly, barely threw away our trash. Forgot our used mugs for 2 days which cause ants and bugs to come into the room. Horrible, horrible. Not clean. Not friendly staff, front desk woman greeted us with a frown and an attitude. The front desk older man was sweet.

Outside was nice ! But rooms old old and the bed were even older!!! No air has to open windows and the people were smoking outside came right in our window! Told them about it and ask if we could move, we moved and the next room they smoked tooo The rooms were bad ! Someone was working room above until 230 in morning

Bar staff quite rude

I had a wonderful stay at BlueBay Hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and the facilities were great. What really made my experience special was Mrs. Sonia, she was incredibly kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Her warm hospitality truly made me feel welcome. Thank you Mrs .Sonia, thank you very much also Mr.Jose and the entire BlueBay team for such a pleasant stay! Highly recommended! Nothing at all

We had to change rooms twice, once because of an ant problem and another because they put us close to a building which had a machine making a noise throughout the night so we could hear it in our room

Love, love, love how the property is lit up at night! So pretty! The pools are nice to be in the day, sometimes distracting to have the people leading games but can also be a fun option to engage in. Also think there’s pretty great value at the buffet for meals. I really wish at least one of the pools would be open in the evening. There are options to rent towels but that was not explained to me at all by staff ahead of time. More snack options by the pool would be nice too.

The staff were super kind with checkin, checkout, giving directions, helping, recommendations. We loved that the area was well taken care of with plants and it was clean overall. The hotel is supposed to be in Andalusian style but it seems to be outdated. The cleaning of the room could’ve been better, the sheets had holes in them, the toilet seat won’t stay up, the handles are rusty and gives an icky vibe overall. A mid range breakfast selection. The way to the beach was so dirty and long, we didn’t even want to swim anymore, the beach closeby is not the best.

This is very far from being a 4 star hotel, staff is nice and that’s the only nice thing about the hotel. Rooms are very, very old, safes don’t work unless you pay 2€ a day. Sun beds are dirty, the surroundings of the pool are also very muddy and dirty. Wouldn’t recommend going here
