On the day of our check-out, he kindly had one of the staff members walk us to our taxi at 4 a.m. so we wouldn’t have to go alone. That level of care really stood out. Overall, the place is very charming, and the service is exceptional. The location is perfect, right next to Bahia Palace and just a few minutes’ walk to the main Medina and many other amazing spots. Highly recommend!

Very dark and dated property. Unloved. All riads in Marrakesh are known for their rooftop oasis. This rooftop had broken furniture that was covered up, fallen over plants - not usable at all. The property was very dark and dated. The men that worked there were nice but they didn't really seem to know anything about anything. Breakfast was ok, coffee was weak.

Everything was great Nothing

Very large room and great outdoor space to chill, including wonderul terasse on the top. Great and welcoming staff, limited number of room which make the place cozy. The Riad looks great and beautifully furnished. Location also is great, with easy access to the Medina. Clean and warm small swiming pool. No bar or restaurant, however great breakfast served at location and proximity of good restaurants, included kozybar suggested at the location.

The only thing that made me feel slightly uneasy was the narrow street where the hotel is located. Some of the nearby buildings looked a bit run-down or abandoned, although it seemed that people were still living in them.

A little gem of a place! Hidden away from the bustling city but close enough to walk anywhere in old medina.

Riad Dar Beija was everything we could've asked for during our first trip to Marrakech. All aspects from the location, décor, staff, and amenities far exceeded our expectations. Said, Ismail, and Aisha were friendly and accommodating for all of our requirements; even going above and beyond to book our excursions through their contacts- do not think they are just making money from you, the excursions far exceeded any that you could book through other providers. We had private transfers from the airport and to our quad biking in the Agafay desert, again both arranged by Said. The Riad itself was beautiful, with authentic Moroccan design throughout to match the authentic Moroccan breakfast made fresh every morning. Further, the location was ideal to be close enough to all the hustle and bustle of the Medina (2 minute walk from Bahia Palace!), but far enough away to feel like a world away as soon as you step through the front door, and could only hear the birds chirping around the central courtyard of the riad. Honestly, so beautiful, would definitely recommend.

This is a true gem in Marrakech. Thank you Saïd for welcoming us and hosting in this beautiful beautiful Moroccan riad. The riad is in a convenient location, just outside the medina centre (so very quiet) but close to most famous attractions in Marrakech. We walked around without any problems, the area feels local but very safe. The hospitality here is exceptional. Everything is taken care of, the riad spaces and rooms are so clean and well decorated (loved the perfumes in the air and the music!). The terrace is, we spent all our evenings there, just reading, chilling out and waiting for the final call to prayer of the day. Our room was the suite, so nice and well prepared, spacious, clean, nice. Breakfast is superb, very good quality ingredients and freshly prepared. Most of all, what is exceptional here is the true attention to guests. Without us asking, the hosts pre pared us breakfast on the day of our departure, even if we left very early and it was not convenient for them to prepare it for us so early (appreciated!). They had also prepared something for us to take during our journey back. They let us print boarding pass, arranged taxi, and safely shipped to the UK a precious item we had lost in the room. Try the hammam experience in the spa they are affiliated to, great experience! Thank you Saïd and team for your hospitality. We will come back one day! Nothing, really, maybe a bit expensive compared to other riads (however, for what we got, we would be more than welcome to pay this price again)? Swimming pool is only decorative (we knew it, so no problem at all), we were really tempted to go in during sunny and hot days in Marrakech, and its sound at night is so comforting :)

The Riad was beautiful and had so many thoughtful design touches! The breakfast was varied and delicious and more than enough food! Our room was super cute and the bathroom was large and bed very comfortable! We were a little nervous it would be loud as it was the first room in the Riad, but at night it was incredibly quiet and you could hear the quiet bubbling of the pool in the center of courtyard. As someone who is a lighter sleeper, I had zero issues! Siad was an amazing host and was funny and really made the stay! After leaving and staying at another Riad, we instantly missed this one and wished we had stayed here for our entire trip! Nothing

Excellent location, right in the medina yet very easy to get to, close to lots of cafés & shops, in a very safe area. Staff was adorable, Said and Ismail who manager the riad were very helpful and welcoming. The suite is very spacious, beautiful and clean. We will definitely come back to Dar Beija next time we go to Marrakech !

We had a beautiful stay in Dar Beija. The staff are warm, attentive, and so helpful and kind. We were traveling with a baby and they went out of their way to help us with the stroller, warming up milk, etc. The decor is incredibly lovely and the ambiance is so relaxing and beautiful. We found the area to be quiet. We all slept well. Breakfast was always very good and it was served in a beautiful Moroccan-style lounge. I would not hesitate to recommend Dar Beija. We were extremely satisfied and had a lovely 5 day stay.

The owner and the people in this hotel was very kind friendly and helpful. Is a beautiful place to stay for visit Marrakech. The terrace is so romantic and good if you like to take a rest in a sunny place. I really recommend.

Beautifully decorated Riyad, with a cozy, romantic and quiet ambience. The roof terrace was absolutely fantastic, with 360 degree views towards the Atlas mountains. You could easily hang out up there the whole day, just relaxing. The location is great. In a quiet narrow street but only 5 mins walk into the souks and Jemaa El Fna. The staff, especially Ismael made us feel so comfortable and cared for. Always willing to help with a big smile. The bed was the best we had during our Morocco trip, and we stayed in many different locations. It was also sparkling clean. The only thing was that there was no hot water on one of the evenings that we stayed there, and also not in the morning after. I dont think this a regular problem as I dont see anyone else writing this in the reviews, so it was probably out of the staffs hands, but just wanted to mention that. Otherwise we loved everything!

The property is stunning and the staff are kind and helpful .The decor is exquisite and our room had an open fire and we had a cosy night in by the fire our last night. There is also a beautiful rooftop area.Any help we needed with our trips and transport was organised for us with help to get to meeting places for our trips. We also went to The kozybar which has the same owner with stunning views from the rooftop good food and wine and downstairs a truly cosy bar with a stove and live music.Dar Beija is also a welcome quite retreat from the bustling boisterous streets of Marrakesh. We had a truly memorable stay in a city that is truly a feast of the senses Nothing
