Everything! 10/10 stay. Food exceptional, staff lovely and efficient. Super modern and decor is amazing. I researched 100s of riads before choosing this one and so glad I did!!!! Nothing. All was perfect.

The Mellah is well-designed and the staff are welcoming and very helpful. The property is located in a quiet area, accessible without having to go into the souk. Our room was cozy, with thoughtful touches to make us feel appreciated.

What a perfect Riad! We loved the location in the ancient Mellah, away from the crowds, yet a quick walk to all the wonders of the Souk. The luxury blend of traditional and modernist aesthetic in rich palettes and materials. The hospitality is beyond extraordinary. Hind and the staff made us feel so at home. The breakfast is generous and delicious, served on the beautiful rooftop. The rooms are moody and dark. Great for a romantic stay, but for others a bit challenging.

Nothing. It was a perfect stay.

This hotel was so incredibly beautiful, only to be topped by the delightful and sweet staff who took care of us above and beyond expectation. The breakfast was next level - so much delicious food - try the shakshuka! I became sick with a terrible cold while staying there and the amazing manager Tind was so sweet and took care of me, brought me a delicious dinner, and sent someone out to the after hours pharmacy for medicine. I would have hugged her when I left I felt so well cared for (but I didnt want to make her sick!) The location was perfect, just out of the hub and bub of the medina but close enough to walk. And literally next door to bahia palace. Beds are extraordinarily comfy with tons of good pillows. My snobby architect husband (!) and mother and kids were all delighted with the design, art, and service of the hotel. They also helped us find a great guide named Youseff who guided us to all of the sites and through the medina with tons of information and was very pleasant. Our only complaint was that the rooms were a tad dark; the moody lighting was elegant but maybe could have been a bit brighter so we could read at night. Also we could have used a bit more counter space next to the sink. Maybe just a little table or another shelf.

Mellah Hotel is a Gem hidden in Morocco. A tastefully decorated Riad with each room a creation of the stylist's mind. Hind and the wonderful female staff made our stay so special in Marrakech. The service was unparalleled. We are recommending this beautiful place to anyone who is visiting the area. nothing

Very authentic hotel with amazing service. Thank you!

The staff was kind and attentive -- they upgraded my room for free because it was a slow day at the hotel! It was such a beautifully curated, artful, and intentional space -- truly a dream aesthetic for a Marrakesh vacation. And the atmosphere and food were great! It's rare to actually have a pool to go in on hot days, and they have one on the roof!

Great breakfast. Great staff. Lovely concept. Too little light in the rooms.
-
Glamorous, modern boutique hotel-- the styling of the rooms and common areas was trendy and high-end, with lots of thoughtful touches to make it feel more expensive, like fresh flowers and fruit in the rooms, and a date tower with our mint tea! The staff was fantastic-- Hind was so kind and funny and helpful; she gave us recommendations for shops and restaurants, booked us an early taxi for our 6 am flight, and communicated with the kitchen staff to make sure my sister had a vegan breakfast. Great sunset views of the medina from the rooftop lounge area. There was a minor issue with the switches/wiring; it was impossible to have the fan on and the lights off, but staff helped us figure out a workaround/drew a curtain in front of the light.

Hind was, without a doubt, the most exceptional hotel manager we’ve ever encountered. From the moment we arrived, she greeted us with genuine warmth and made us feel completely at home. She took the time to explain everything we needed to know about the hotel and Marrakech, ensuring we were fully prepared to enjoy our stay. Knowing we had just arrived from an early flight without eating, she kindly offered us breakfast—such a thoughtful gesture that set the tone for the rest of our experience. Hind went above and beyond throughout our stay, helping us with bookings, arranging taxis, and always being available whenever we had a question or request. Her kindness and professionalism truly elevated our entire trip. We can’t recommend Hind highly enough—she’s a true gem and made our stay unforgettable. The food in the riad was incredible, and the hotel amenities were modern, clean, and comfortable. Every member of the staff was equally kind and attentive, making this one of the best hospitality experiences we’ve ever had.
