Great location, nice staff, nice rooms. As the air conditioning is central, the first room we checked in was quite warm, but we were immediately changed to a cooler room.

Couldn’t ask for a better location, staff was very accommodating.

The location, near the metro. AC worked good Nice shower with nice shampoo and body wash Not all the staff was qualified to handle basic requests. For example, when our room’s hairdryer broke down, I went to reception to ask for a replacement. The receptionist rudely said he couldn’t help, adding that he "didn’t know what to tell me," and bluntly suggested I just go to bed with wet hair. Two minutes later, my boyfriend went downstairs and asked the same thing—this time with another employee present—and voilà, a hairdryer magically appeared. Additionally, they didn't even have a first aid kit with ice available. Housekeeping was equally disappointing. The room was far from clean and wasn't properly serviced daily; they simply made the bed without ever changing the sheets. We also asked for lighter blankets due to the heat, which they agreed to, but the change was never made. As for the bathroom, it was only passably clean at best. The location has two very different sides. Every evening around 9:30 PM, homeless people settle right next to the hotel entrance and urinate along the street, making walking back feel unsafe and impossible, forcing you to take a Bolt. In the morning, on the other hand, the area is much calmer with a nice market selling fresh local produce. You might still bump into a few odd characters at that time, but definitely much less.

The biggest issue was bed bugs. Both my boyfriend and I were badly bitten, with around 20 bites each. This completely ruined our stay. Please be aware before booking

The hotel is decent, but I don’t think it’s worth the price. The room could have been cleaner and better equipped The biggest issue was bed bugs. Both my boyfriend and I were badly bitten, with around 20 bites each. This completely ruined our stay. Please be aware before booking

The room was clean and comfortable, very nice bathroom. The location close to the metro station is convenient. There was no noise coming from the street. Most importantly for Marseille in the summer, the air-conditioning was working well. The reception was open 24 hours and the staff was friendly. Although the walls are claimed to be soundproof, I could still hear the noise from other guests' rooms. The worst was that cigarette smoke was coming through the bathroom vent into my room, so clearly someone smoked in their bathroom. The hotel is officially non-smoking.
