Amazing hotel. The staff went above and beyond. The room we chose was a bit small for two adults and one child with many pieces of luggage. Regardless, the hotel was so nice, staff was amazing and the location was great. The smell of jasmine the entire stay was divine!

The room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Spacious room, living room and kitchen. Second floor, no elevator. Steps broken and not clean. Tile missing from the main kitchen that could be seen from the walking area. Was disgusting. Smelly as well. No lotion in bathroom. No toilet holder. The rolls were just sitting on the toilet tank.

The room was amazing! It had everything we needed. Wonderful little bar and pool area.

The property is well maintained. The swimming pool water was crystal clear and very inviting. The outside area for sitting and relaxing was excellent. The host couldn’t have been more gracious and welcoming. We had a 2 bedroom sea view suite with a livingroom and it worked out great for us. It was very nice and clean. The property is somewhat far from the city center but that didn’t deter us from getting Uber rides and seeing the sights. We ate at the restaurant 2 nights and the food was excellent. There really wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the property.

Every single staff member went above and beyond and was so professional and kind — I’ve stayed in a lot of really nice hotels around the world and the attitude of the staff here really stands out to me. So nice. Loved the history of the building and all the hospitality touches throughout the experience. The fake grass and fake bushes behind the pool really cheapen the aesthetic. Replacing these with real plants would really elevate the hotel and experience!

Lovely place to stay if you are looking for something out of the ordinary and with character! The staff was wonderful too.

I highly recommend I stayed nog long enough

Lovely building and views. Great room Not transparent about building work that included drilling in the early hours of the morning. I’d advise in this situation to provide some ear plugs as rooms are not sound proofed well

The communication before and during the stay and the attention to details or to the guests has some ups and downs. It could be highly improved with small adjustments. You may sometimes feel as in a friends house which unfortunately also sometimes gives you the feeling of amateurism.

The architecture and design Some areas were cluttered (our bathroom closet)

Quiet, comfortable bed, very clean. 1. the information was misleading as to imply that this was a hotel with grounds and the normal services. 2. rarely any staff around, doors locked, lights off. 3. restaurant closed most nights of the week. 4. reluctance to provide a pre-booked breakfast because they were setting up for a brunch. 5. breakfast ridiculously over-priced. 6. pool very small, in the shade and no space around it. 7. garden the size of a small suburban house in the UK not a purported luxury hotel with grounds. 8. bedroom lighting was inadequate 9. no extractor fan in bathroom which was a carve out of a compact bedroom - told to open the window. 10. premium price for sea view - was a joke - about a mile away through a narrow street - for small glimpse 11. limited parking 12. this was not a full-service leisure hotel - more an small corporate meeting centre

Very nice and relaxed atmosphere. Great rooms and beds. Breakfast could be a little better. Eggs were not really done. We missed some more of the fantastic french bread. Make sense that you order breakfast the day before, but its a little difficult when you don't know what and how much you get. We had two rooms with a bathroom and a connecting hallway. AC unit in one of the room which was then a little cold where as the other was a generally a little too warm.
