I really enjoyed staying at this hotel! The room was quiet and cozy! The breakfast was excellent! There's a large shopping center nearby, a 7-minute walk away! The city center is easy to reach by bus or tram, with stops near the hotel! For my birthday, the hotel gave me cocktail vouchers! It was so sweet! Thank you! The bartender in the lobby made excellent, high-quality cocktails! Personally, I didn't like the pillows and I slept without them, but my partner was fine!

Spacious and comfortable room. Professional staff. Safe location. Great sea view. Close to the mall. The swimming pool is quite shallow. Some parts of the room need more maintenance. Noise from the nearby rooftop club.

The floors were very stained and the pullout couch/bed had no support for my children.

The wifi signal was not very good. The shower leaked into the bathroom floor.

Upholstery in the rooms needs little improvement. The chairs in the room were having a lot of stains.

Breakfast was delightful, wide menu selection. Well staffed and little to no wait time. À la carte price of €21 was most fair. Room was larger than expected, bed was most restful, staff was friendly, efficient & personable; the lobby is large and a great place to collaborate with colleagues. Happy Hour was popular & bartenders added to the vibe. Laundry service was impeccable. No complaints :)

We enjoyed the location close to the Docks and Les Terrasses du Port for great shopping. Our room had sea view on the port where several cruise lines depart to Corsica and other European destinations. A variety of restaurants are available close to the hotel. While the indoor pool with its outside terrasse were relatively small, it was well-appreciated. Overall, the personnel was very courteous. The café & bar in the lobby closed fairly early in the evening.

A clean and pleasant environment close to several retail services, including eateries and close to bus and tram services For a hotel of this standard it was disappointing to find no drinking glasses or cups in the room, only paper cups. While that may be "efficient" and cost-effective for the hotel, surely it cannot be good for the environment, compared to glass or ceramic containers

Location Sea view 20mn for Check-in No education from the staff; they talk to each other in front of the guests, smoke in front of the hotel: not professionals. Restaurant was closed for dinner

The hotel is pretty new, so you feel very comfortable. The location is wonderful. I liked the location the most, as we stayed in different areas of Marseille in other trips too. I liked everything about this hotel. The temperature is a bit too cold at all times because of the AC system.

None This is my worst stay at hotel for the past few years. Horrible staff, feels like a gang covering for each other. GM and Manager are not reachable. Horrible attitude, non of our requests were met. Towels were not changed! Empty shampoo bottle in the bath was not replaced despite multiple asks. Complete ignorance and poor customer-focused culture. Unbelievable.

The security deposit of 250 euros, which was retained from my bank account upon my arrival on 6 June, has still not been released by the hotel, despite numerous emails i sent and attempts to call where either no one picks or they merely turn it off. This is the worse experience of customer service i have ever encountered and more importantly my money is still retained without no explanation, clarification, justification of any kind.
