Nice location near great beach with many restaurants, cafeteria, play options for adults and children. Nice quiet split-system in the room. Openable windows for fresh air. Excellent internet, I could work at zoom with no problem. Amazing staff.

I met the owner there and he was very nice and kind. He speaks English that was a plus. His staff that we encounter the next day was very nice and courteous. We love talking to him. The owner recommended us to eat at a restaurant next door on our arrival day. It was a great choice to go there. It was raining and we didn't want to walk far. The restaurant is a cute little place, nice ambience and very local. The menu was all in French & we had to use Google Translate to assist. The staff at the restaurant was also very helpful and very understanding. The room we stayed was small for our American's standards and so was the restroom . I feel a bit cramp but we made it worked since it's the closes area to the Port of Marseille Cruise Terminal.

I was given a room that was not at all like the one shown in the pictures, it was very old looking, with a very old conditioner inside it. Not recommended at all. Also there is no parking available for car

Loved the size of the room, spacious. Love the roof top deck from our room. No complaints at all. It worked for us. no complaints.

It’s really close to the beach, groceries, restaurants. The staff is nice. It’s nothing like on the pictures. Everything is very old and feels somewhat cheap. I’m leaving feeling it was a pricy for what i got.

On arrival the staff were very friendly and helpful. They prepared our rooms even though we arrived early, We was offered drinks while we waited. The room was comfortable with everything we needed for an overnight stay. Comfy bed, Coffee machine, nice bathroom. We didn't have breakfast, but it looked lovely. The hotel lobby also has a vending machine which was useful. The location was very close to the beach just opposite which was nice for some early morning fresh air and beautiful views. There is a bus stop opposite the hotel,. You can get a card for 2euros person that gives you access to the buses, metro and trams for 1 hour. This was very useful to go Vieux Port and Notre Dame (Marseille) The buses ran so regularly we never waited longer than 10 minutes. There is a patisserie outside the hotel which had the most amazing cakes and pastries. Not great for the diet but was too good to resist. Very reasonable prices. There is also newsagents close by (less than 2 minutes) if you needed anything from the shops. Escale Borely is within walking distance of the hotel (10/15 minutes) or the bus stops right outside, This is full of restaurants and more beautiful views. We had dinner in Les Trottoirs which is within walking distance (you can see it from the hotel) The food was so good and the potions were too big for 1 person. There are lots of places to eat just outside of the hotel. Bars, restaurants and pubs. Personally there was nothing not to like. The staff, the hotel, the location and the price was such good value. I have recommended this to friends and family.

A big massage gel in the room and some hair in the bed gave me an idea of how the hotel functions. When I said I speak English, morning receptionist didn't repeat the question she had placed. Not even "good bye"

It was a lovely hotel, we had a sea view and the staff was friendly. It is not close to many things but there are restaurants, beaches and bars nearby. We went to the city center by bus and came back with a boat because there was a station for boats nearby. It is very far from the city center.
