The location is phenomenal facing the Notre Dame looking over the harbour. The staff were extremely helpful and the hotel spotlessly clean. The huge bed as comfortable! Pedestrian access is a little tricky- perhaps open up the bottom gate.

Great location. Beautiful building. In general reception, room service and concierge staff were amazing. The staff looking after the bar. They were not proactively looking after guests. Often they were on their phones and chatting amongst themselves rather than looking after guests during the day. My room mirror was full of dust and seemed to have not been cleaned for months. But was actioned when mentioned to the team. There was also significant mould forming in the shower. May be just my room.
