The location! The shower was not enclosed so water ran on the floor. But the shower was warm with good pressure.

Easy check in process, Excellent location, everything is new and convenient, very attentive staff, cold a/c!

It was not clean when we arrived. There were multiple strands of hair in the bathroom and bedroom. One of the pillow cases had dirt or makeup on it. We only have two towels instead of 4, even though the room was booked for 4 people. This was an inconvenience since we self checked-in in the middle of night and no staff were available. If there's one thing I can say to help people who might consider this place, please please take pictures of the food (chips), drinks in fridge, and coffee pods, as soon as you check in & check out, so you have proof when you check out. If you don't, you'll probably be accused of eating the snacks or drinking the drinks and then being charged and not getting your deposit back. This is the main reason I would never recommend this accommodation to someone. It was the owners word against ours and unfortunately, once the deposit was given before arrival, there was nothing we could do.

Location and apparemment Nothing

The location, the cleanliness, the layout of the apartment were all great. The apartment didn't supply free coffee pods. This is the first apartment I've stayed in that monetized coffee pods - admittedly a small item, but it seems like an own-goal not to offer coffee for free with the stay.

Very clean, the bed is super comfortable, there's AC, apartment is beautiful and the location is perfect. The staff, especially Jimmy is superb.

Excellent location. Within easy walking distance to the Vieux port, Panier District, Shops, bars and restaurants. Not noisy at night, and we felt very safe. Not an issue for us, we were on 2nd floor and traveling light. However, the fact that none of the apartments have elevators could be challenging for some travelers on higher floors, or with health conditions or large suitcases. Our unit was reached by a spiral staircase, and we just made sure to be extra careful on the stairs.

Everything - central location (close to many restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores, public transportation), spacious and well equipped (even has a washer and dishwasher). Safe neighborhood. Good sound-proof building. Strong air-conditioning (critical during heatwave). None.

The location is excellent very close to the port. and subway train. Do not try to drive there, because the street and sidewalks are very narrow.

Amazing apartment, staff, and location. The only challenge was that the beautiful apartment is on the 5th floor, and there was no elevator. We had a lot of luggage, so it was a little difficult to navigate the stairs (there were quite a few). However, the place, location, staff, and value and price made it worthwhile! Just a lot of stairs- but well worth it. We loved the walkable location, friendly staff, nice amenities in the room, comfy bed - I'd just caution people with limited mobility about the lack of elevator.

Very nice room with large space at the heart location of the old town. Although it’s a very old building, inside is very clean and comfortable to live. Walk in a few minutes, can get to the old port, main shopping streets, a supermarket and good restaurants. No elevator with steep stairs (due to the historical building). Sound insulation of the living room is not good, can hear motorcycles during the midnight if you sleep in the living room.

It was clean, spacious, nicely decorated and phenomenal location It was confusing to get into, if you are American, just know that the ground floor is zero (not one) or else you’ll end up on the wrong floor

Check in was easy at reception. Mark gave us all the information we needed. The location was great, just a few minutes walking from the port. Near a town square with lots of cafes, a grocery store and other shopping close by. The apartment we had was for 3 people so a one bedroom and sofa bed. The space was large, comfortable and met our needs. The toilet was separate from the shower area so that was convenient for three. The kitchen had everything we needed including a nesprsso machine and kettle. They have coffee there for 1 euro each but bring your own if you like. There are no elevators so ALOT of stairs for our particular apartment. 82 to get to the top! We had a pleasant stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return. A lot of stairs but we knew there were no elevators

The check in and out was extremely easy The 66 steps to the unit. It was declared that there was no elevator but I did not think there would be so many steps. I am 74 years old, in good shape but this was a trip every time I went in and out

The apartment was spacious and very quiet. On arrival it was clean and well stocked in the kitchen. The reception staff were fantastic and continually checked to see if everything was okay. The stairs, but this was know to us when we booked. It was only really an issue taking ou luggage up and down.
