First of all 4 star hotel with no amenities that’s very weird no room service no restaurant at the hotel u need to go the nearest one which is in the next hotel in front of them i was really shocked also another thing to add that I really asked for slippers and there wasn’t any in the room u need to ask for it even the AC wasn’t working they said they have closed the machine up in the rooftop and no AC running in the all hotel due to cold weather he said to me just open the window !!!

It’s a very good place with a great location. It’s in calm and safe are close to a mall . The staff is super nice. With some furniture renovation and it will be great!

The reception guys Julie and one man with beard that I could not remember name was great. Clean room. Corridors was not good smelling. Breakfast should improve. Even Mediterranean country and there is no tomato at breakfast and everyday was same. Also daily free water should be according to staying people count like 3. Because we were 3 however only 1 daily water was putting the refrigerator. Also pillow should be according to customer needs, not Accor rules. Two parts pillows were not comfortable.

Our room was large, comfortable, and clean. The property was well located, close to shopping and the ferry port.

We were staying overnight to catch a cruise the next day. The location is very near to the free cruise shuttle and was extremely convenient. It’s also walkable from the main train station (St. Charles). The staff were all very accommodating, polite, ans spoke English. (Much as I’d like to be able to, I don’t think I could manage to check into a hotel in French) The bathroom was fully functional, but oddly designed. The WC was in its own little room (not with the main vanity and shower), tiny, and had perhaps the smallest sink I’ve ever witnessed in a building. To be clear this was just an inconvenience and not a deal breaker to us, but odd nonetheless. On the upside, the main portion of the bathroom had a larger sink, a shower, AND a separate tub.

The rooms were lovely and clean and there were great sliding screens to section off the bed areas. It was nice to have daily house keeping. The property was opposite some good restaurants and a shopping centre. There were lots of mozzies in the room. Not sure how they got in because we did not open the windows. My kids had numerous bites. We stayed in April and the heating was permanently on and the rooms were uncomfortably hot, especially at night.
