We reserved a room a week in advance, only to find that when we arrived, the room we booked was given to the wrong person since we both had the same last name. The clerk didn’t bother to check the entire name. They only had one king bed room left and we had four people, so two ended up on the sleeper sofa. Because a king room was considered an upgrade, we weren’t given any discount. Extremely disappointed and will never stay there again.

The pool was closed.. The breakfast was awful. This was my second time staying at this hotel and it will be my last.. My first time there was great but it has really went down hill in a quick hurry.. The room was clean but that about the only good time I can say., But definitely not worth the price charged or over charged.. Was informed when I check in that I had to pay an extra 100 this time instead of 50 that is suppose to be put back on my account 5-7 business days.. I believe it is false advertisement to say pool and good breakfast when both are false..

To be honest we started out the night at quality inn we booked with them because it was cheaper. Upon entering our room there we saw it was not cleaned and the beds were made but filthy with food crumbs and hair, bathroom had people belongings in it still and the tables were sticky. We were given another room and it was just as bad if not worse so we told them to forget it and left. Checked for a hotel close by and this property had availability. The gentleman who's name was Meet checked us in and was super polite and informative about construction and pool stuff and the room and property over all smelled clean and the room was clean and we felt more at ease being there. I didn't like having to leave!

The pool is still under renovation from months ago, ac in the room took forever to cool off due to taking showers and there being no fan in the bathroom to help with ventilation. Our curtains refused to go up and down as they were broken. Be prepared to pay a $100 deposit as well.

Older Hampton. 3rd floor under renovations. Carpet a bit dirty but I’ve stayed in worse for that price.

It appears to be family owned, and in most senses that seems like it would be a great thing, but in this circumstance, I don’t think that it’s good

I did not eat breakfast at the hotel.
-
window casings and insulation falling out of windows, tissues stuck in peep hole in the door, door did not shut tight, bath tub/shower dirty

Good stay except went down for free breakfast around 8:30ish, no coffee and I think minimal food available. Was not going to wait around

First room we were assigned smelled of mold. We changed rooms and the 2nd room still smelled like mold just not as bad.

The floor in the room I had was not at all flat. It was all slanted and they have part of the bed propped up on a 4x4 piece of wood to make it more even. There were huge lumps in the ground all over the room even in the bathroom and the shower. The lobby had very dirty floors as well

Excellent breakfast. Hotel was convenient to areas I was visiting. The heat/air in the room did not work properly. No blackout curtains so the room was bright all night. The shower stall was nasty, not from dirt or mold. It was chipped and discolored all around the bottom. Definitely needed to be replaced/upgraded.

Our stay was very good. I have a problem with my charge. I paid for this room back in march through Expedia. When we checked in a $50. Hold was supposed to go on my charge. The lady at the desk was having trouble figuring out going through Expedia. Instead of a hold she recharged the room. I asked for 2 days about getting the charge off of my card. She kept saying she would take care of it. Then when we checked out she said because we didn’t owe anything it would automatically come off. Well that wasn’t true. Now it has been posted to my account and I get the headache of fixing it

Clean room and friendly staff.

It was comfortable and close to where I needed to be. I booked for the pool and the gym. The pool was being renovated and the treadmills weren't working in the gym and there were few weights to choose from. My roomed smelled like an animal had died in it. The walls on the first floor and second floor were coming apart, tape on some areas and damaged wallpaper on the rest. The breakfast was minimal, compared to when I stayed last fall.
