Excellent clean nice staff

Everything was clean, staff was helpful and nice. Breakfast was okay. Kept getting runaround with checkin and my checkin was an hour late because housekeeping was low staff. Had to keep driving around occupying my children while we waited. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I am EXTREMELY picky about hotels I stay in and have not one complaint to give about it. Hotels can be not worth the price due to cleanliness but this hotel was truly above and beyond. The room was SPOTLESS. I don’t like the feeling of staying in a room someone has been in before and this truly made it seem like it was my own home!! The staff here deserve to hear its truly one of my best hotel stays. THANK YOU I wish I could’ve had a longer stay!! No complaints.

Breakfast was really good and staff super friendly had a great stay

Breakfast was great, the rooms were clean and ready, and the staff was exceptional. The entire place was well maintained. We would definitely stay again.

Had early check in only to not have the room ready way past even regulat check in time. Room wasn't ready until after 5. Front desk was very apologetic but it was still frustrating being especially being on a schedule.

It was cool The blanket on the one bed had stains all on it. Called the front desk.... took literally 4 phone.calls to get the bed changed out.

The Hotel has been completely refurbished inside and out. Everything is brand new. ALWAYS CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. John does a great job with the breakfast. So good. I always overeat when I eat there. NOTHING TO NOT LIKE.

Leanna at the front desk was great, rooms were very clean & comfortable; breakfast was excellent. We would stay again!

Overall this was a great place to stay!! Clean, quiet and relaxing. My only issue was I am disabled and needed a hand held shower as I booked a handicap room. But the Hotel when I arrived didn't have any available. But I made it work. 😇😇

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, with staff who were genuinely friendly and attentive. The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable—everything from the bedding to the amenities felt thoughtfully chosen. Nothing I did not like.

Exceptional

The bedrooms were very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The elevator was down when we got there but the staff had it fixed by morning. The breakfast was very good. Sausage, scrambled eggs, biscuits, sausage gravy, the coolest pancake conveyer belt maker I have ever seen. Cereal, milk, fruit, delicious cinnamon rolls, yogurt, juice, coffee. The pool was heated which was great. The entire stay was very nice. Would 100% recommend and will stay again when we go back to the area.

We arrived two hours past check in time and our room wasn’t ready. We were told 10-15 more minutes so we left to get dinner. An hour later we came back and were told 10-15 minutes more. We had an event we had to leave for so we were not able to get in our room or drop off our luggage before leaving for the event, which was the point of stopping at the hotel first. It was very frustrating because we had our sons baseball equipment with us and wanted to leave it somewhere “safe” rather then the back of our car due to the value of the items. Other than that the stay was fine.

The breakfast was good. Staff was nice. My son enjoyed the salt water pool. Well kept and clean. Stayed for 2 nights, no issues. Perfectly located in Marysville, nice city.
