Been nice if the elevator was working

Elevator was not working

Staff were very attentive and helpful. Room was clean. Elevators were out of service for our entire stay. We were told by staff on arrival to expect them not to work as they had not been working for some time. It was very clear working elevators was NOT a priority. I would not have booked this location if I knew this information.

Elevator was broken. I am disabled and as I am able to walk it is painful. No compensation offered on room or an offer to move to 1st floor. We were there 2 nights and not fixed.

It was clean. Elevator was not working for the three days we were here. There’s not an ice machine on the first floor. The breakfast is less than what we’ve experienced at other places.

Sheet had some kind of stains on it, but to their credit they had housekeeping come and change them. They were quick about it and were very responsive. Stuff happens, but this sheet should have been retired from service. Otherwise things were fine. Breakfast was not as good as some Holiday Inns that I have stayed at, but was typical breakfast fare. Overall I would stay here again if needed, but would probably consider another property also.

Elevator was not working.

NOTHING. We arrived late due to an event we attended. When we got there, we were placed in a room on the 3rd floor despite not having an elevator working and I was solo with 3 kids. When we got into the room, the room smelled awful like mold. I have 2 of my kids with bad allergies/asthma, so we simply couldn't stay. They luckily provided me a refund, but unluckily, they had no other rooms, and we ended up traveling 25 minutes away to find a hotel. It was incredibly disappointing as the reviews online were good, but this was just an awful experience.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and I really liked the shower. Our breakfast was disappointing. The website showed cheese omelets and or cheese to put on your eggs which neither was provided. Our scrambled eggs were over cooked as the sausage was also over cooked. I have stayed at other locations and was always extremely please with the breakfast.

Excellent clean nice staff

Everything was clean, staff was helpful and nice. Breakfast was okay. Kept getting runaround with checkin and my checkin was an hour late because housekeeping was low staff. Had to keep driving around occupying my children while we waited. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I am EXTREMELY picky about hotels I stay in and have not one complaint to give about it. Hotels can be not worth the price due to cleanliness but this hotel was truly above and beyond. The room was SPOTLESS. I don’t like the feeling of staying in a room someone has been in before and this truly made it seem like it was my own home!! The staff here deserve to hear its truly one of my best hotel stays. THANK YOU I wish I could’ve had a longer stay!! No complaints.

Breakfast was really good and staff super friendly had a great stay

Breakfast was great, the rooms were clean and ready, and the staff was exceptional. The entire place was well maintained. We would definitely stay again.

Had early check in only to not have the room ready way past even regulat check in time. Room wasn't ready until after 5. Front desk was very apologetic but it was still frustrating being especially being on a schedule.

It was cool The blanket on the one bed had stains all on it. Called the front desk.... took literally 4 phone.calls to get the bed changed out.

The Hotel has been completely refurbished inside and out. Everything is brand new. ALWAYS CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. John does a great job with the breakfast. So good. I always overeat when I eat there. NOTHING TO NOT LIKE.
