Clean rooms. Staff was great Our a/c was not working and they fixed it the next day. So great staff

Room was clean, bed and pillows were comfortable. Good shower. Very little water flow in vanity sink. Cigarette butts and trash in stairwell. supposedly smoke free hotel guest were smoking on the balconies. Loud people outside late at night. Very few breakfast choices. Front desk person outside smoking during breakfast asked if I was checking out or getting breakfast. When I said breakfast she stayed outside smoking. Only one hot cup for coffee for two people. Front desk person said look in cupboard. Still no cups. Still stayed outside smoking during. This is not good customer service in my opinion.

The room was VERY basic and the bed was small but OK. Hard surfaces everywhere - like a monk's cell. Clean but... The shower was the best part of the facility. Hard surfaces and the color grey EVERYWHERE

The room was clean, the staff were alright, the breakfast was more than I thought, and the Air conditioner worked great.

The shower was unexpectedly bougie, and the room was immaculately clean. The fridge didn't keep things cool enough.

From 9 until check out there was no water running to our rooms and no one had warned us about the inconvenience. Mid shower they shut off our water and said we can shower in a different room. I don’t think that’s acceptable when I paid for a room that has water.

Room had unpleasant smell. A/C was loud and made strange operating sounds.

Clean room. Good breakfast When we checked in host was vague about where exactly our room was. There seemed to be no quiet hours. Neighbor was smoking pot right outside our room, came in through the vent. Dog left in a room and constantly barking.
