very good at cleaning around grounds.

I had a problem with 2 tvs in 2 seperate rooms the staff was very accommodating by moving me rooms and then they fixed the other 2 rooms tvs. Never complained and very nice and helpful.

Breakfast was great. Had a decent selection, The staff was amazing, helped us fix our TV and was just was very nice and helpful. The air conditioning worked just fine and the room was really clean, our beds sank in a touch towards the outsides but everything was just fine in general. Definitely worth your money!

Good location. Staff was nice. The room was very rundown and not very clean. The toilet made a lot of noise every time it was flushed, and water pressure was terrible.

While I only needed a place to sleep, I wouldn’t have wanted to stay any longer due to the lack of cleanliness and maintenance. I hope the management addresses these issues for future guests.

It was a maze to get to my room. I had to walk up the stairs elevator did not go to my part of the building. Hall way was in the 80s as the heater was on in the summer. The shower was very dirty and room smelled. I booked for 4 days but after one night I immediately checked out the next morning. The front desk rep Ben I spoke with was very helpful, respectful and kind. He helped get a refund for the remaining nights not used.

We spent one night at this hotel, and you do get what you pay for. The first room we were given had a broken air conditioner. They switched us to a second room, and that AC was glorious! The beds were hard but the pillows and comforters were nice and soft. The windows opened, but had no screens. We had to open the window because the room we were given smelled musty and faintly of smoke. The side exit had no lock on it. The breakfast area was clean with plenty of seating. There were not many choices but they had scrambled eggs and meat, cereal, and a waffle maker. We appreciate the front desk staff’s quick response to the AC problem and room switch.

Half the time the key cards did not work. We stayed 2 nights. On first morning we went to breakfast and there was no coffee. They told us they were out and that some was on the way. Next day sign on coffee machine saying out of order. Nly coffee in our rooms was decaf. Bed mattress did not have mattress cover. Our top comforter was stained underneath. Walls were very thin. We heard everything through the walls. We stayed over two nights for a wedding. Got back to the hotel at 12:30 in morning. Needed new towels to shower. No one at front counter. Rang bell waited and rang bell again. Waited total 10 minutes No one answered so went back to my room. Next morning I asked for clean towels was told yes and then made to wait while person behind counter checked out other guests before getting towels. The dining space was often dirty ( food on tables and floors) . They have signs up that say 8.3 rating but no way! As I sat eating breakfast those 2 days I overheard at least 10 people having trouble at the front desk. Some with key cards Some about rates being reserved at one price and being charged another. People locked out of their rooms and even the maids card did not work. The hotel was pretty full and there was not enough parking for guests.

Exceptionally low rates for quality and comfort.

Nice place

An older property that could really use some investment. At the price point, you can't expect much, and everything that needed to work (stuff like the AC, the plumbing, the refrigerator, the window blinds) worked, the room was reasonably clean, and the front desk staff was helpful, cheerful and efficient - something I wish most price-point hotel managers would understand. You can have a less-than optimal facility, but if you staff it with less than optimal help, you're doomed. The guy working the front desk saved the day - and my impression of the property.

Dirty room. Dirty towels left in the closet of our room. No soap in the room. One pillowcase was dirty. Food stains left on the bedside table. Shower door would not shut. Sheets smelled like smoke.

Staff mess up our room. Gave us a room and key that had people already in the room. How embarrassing it was for us to open a locked room with a key card we were given to open it to guess already in the room let alone the mother and children we walked in on. Went back to desk had to wait in line again to get different room. Then she didn't tell us where the room was so we tried to find it our self, could not had to to back to the desk while we are carrying all our luggage for her to tell us it was kinda in a different part of the hotel that we didn't realize was connected to that hotel. Room had lady panties under the bed and pop corn on the floor for the last people. Had coffee maker with coffee with not one cup to pour into or even a water cup to use for brushing your teeth. I know some of these things a minor but when you put it all together it was not. Breakfast had burnt sausage and burnt eggs. Oj was ran out it was like water. After driving almost 5 hours after working all day it was 10pm when we got there I was spent and to have all this happen was just not happy at all. I take blame for the working all day and driving that far. But we wanted to start our vacation early. The rest of the issue was the hotel. Would not recommend this place to anyone with our experience.

The window in our room was open when we got there…the floor felt wet and weird. The breakfast was all out by 8:40 and was disappointing.

I eventually called the manager and he acted clueless and then pretended that he was going to fix it. Again nothing was done, not even an apology for leaving us in a room without air conditioning during a June heat wave. There were also several cars in the parking lot that seemed very shady, with people wandering outside the motel that didn’t seem to belong there. We chose this motel as a halfway stop between cedar point and kings island and the reviews were decent, but this place needs new management and staff needs hospitality courses, because overall a room with zero fan or ventilation and broken air in mid June was the worst experience of my life

The rooms with one bed and couch are lovely and very comfy would rate this top tier with big tv
