At all hours of the night, I felt very insecure for the safety of my family.

Stay was really good, stayed for 3 days. Minor issue with the first room it wasn’t a clean as i would like it more so the bed. No issue tho the lady at the front desk was very helpful and immediately upgraded me and my bf to a king suite. I would stay again. Good area, quite and near a lot of food.

Pool closed. Rooms felt clean overall, but floors were not. Breakfast was clean and there were options. Staff was pleasant, but slow. Waited 30 min to check in and 10 at checkout.

Beds were small but other than that it was good

This was my second week staying here, the rooms are clean and comfortable but the beds suck. The first week the customer service was superb. This week not so much. Check in took over an hour due to issues with other check ins ex: debit credit cards not working. That's frustrating after a long drive when all you want to do is rest.

We purposefully chose a hotel with a pool. The pool was empty and in disrepair. We were told the pool would open during our stay. It did not, and no one was working on it.

I booked this room specifically with the mindset of using the pool. I do need physical therapy in the water, even on trips in order to be able to walk better on land. When I arrived and asked about the pool hours, I was told the pool was closed and needed to be certified before opening again. I asked why was it not stated in the listing the pool was unavailable? The man at the desk said it just happened. I do not believe the pool was just broken/needed recertification within less than the week of my booking. I didn't have time to debate with him, but he knew I was very displeased. I did not have time to search for another hotel with a working pool, since I had a meeting to go to soon. So for the 3 nights, that I had a rigorous schedule, I was in pain. The toilet was quite low in the King room, which didn't help matters. The breakfast tables had dried dirt/food on them when we went to sit down. I even tried to wipe them off myself, to no avail. If you want a good night sleep, you better love city sounds like an expressway of cars zooming by, honking, and motorcycles revving. In our hallways it smelled like someone was smoking weed several times on at least two of the three nights. I travel to the Charlotte area often, and will never stay at this place again.

Good location to get to Indian trail, Matthews, and Monroe. . Clean.

The room was very clean, up to date and exactly as pictured. Loved it honestly and I’m usually a Hyatt or Hilton person lol. Was not disappointed, parking was good as well with friendly staff

Pool was being worked on, the room was good nice and clean. Overall it was a good stay for my business trip.
