Do not book through Expedia. I booked a hotel for 5 days and checked out 2 days early and Expedia/hotel only gave me one night refund.

The room was a nice surprise! It was exceptionally clean and a good size. The mattress was one of the best I’ve ever slept on. Because of my mobility issues my husband had requested a room with as little walking needed as possible. They kindly placed us in a first floor room with a door facing the parking. Another plus was the huge bathroom. There is plenty of space to maneuver a walker or you could easily use a wheelchair in the room. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend. We did not get to try the breakfast because we had early plans but if it matched the room, I’m sure it was terrific.

The pillows and bed need to be replaced. The bed squeaks when you sit down. The pillows have meet there life span. However the staff was professional.

First thing you smell is the aroma of weed for a 100% smoke-free facility. The room & bathroom were actually decently ok clean. Bed was not comfy. It was noisy from ac rattling. But it worked to say the least. It’s definitely not a “suite”, rather one step up to a Motel 6. One night is enough. If I had to stay more than a night, I’d pick somewhere else and pay the extra.

The breakfast was very good for the price.. they needed 2 people to help people check in. There was a long line with 1 desk person.

As soon as we walked in the room, there was such a disgusting smell coming from the bathroom that didn’t go away our entire stay. The floor was so sticky we had to wear shoes if we were walking on the floors. There was multiple stains on the bed spread but luckily we brought our own blankets so we used those and ditched the stained sheets/bed spread. Lastly, the walls are so thin even if someone is talking in a normal toned voice next door, you’ll be able to hear them clear as day. However, the staff was nice and the breakfast was fine but I will not be returning.

After about 5 mins of waiting for him to to finish with the caller. He then decided to get back to me lol. He then informed me that they canceled my room because they tried to charge my card (with out my authorization) and it declined (because i keep it locked for just that reason) but did not reach out or anything before canceling. No room were available for 3pm check-in. They had not been cleaned. Delayed by 2 hours.
