Very clean with a professional staff, good breakfast .

As a standard precaution whenever I stay at a hotel, I check the bed and mattress for signs of bugs. While checking, I noticed a food crumb underneath the mattress, which made me question how thoroughly the room had been cleaned. The carpet and lampshades were also visibly stained. During the night, I saw multiple baby roaches crawling on the bathroom floor. I also had to kill a spider that was crawling on the headboard. The room was chilly, so I briefly turned on the heat, but a strong, unpleasant urine-like odor came from the unit, so I immediately turned it back off. While the friendly staff and fairly comfortable beds were positives, the pest issues, stains, odor, and overall cleanliness made it difficult to feel comfortable during my stay. Unfortunately, based on the condition of the room, I would not choose to stay here again.

Staff is friendly and polite, rooms are clean. Do wish they had put me in the room i had for a previous visit. Only thing I can think as a complaint is there was no apple juice only OJ at breakfast.

I come to the Toledo area every year and wanted to try something new. Biggest regret. After two nights of little sleep, I was looking forward to getting a good nights rest. About an hour after going to bed? I woke up hearing fighting in the room next to me. Screaming and objects being thrown. This lasted for about an hour and even involved me talking to the cops at 1:30 in the morning. What I hat to witness hearing in the room next to me and what I saw in the hallway from my room, I was not happy. I tried talking with the hotel staff for a refund and they refused to give it to me and said I needed to talk with the manager in the morning which I would not have time for. Still refused to give a refund to me.

Everything went well

Quiet, water in shower was hot. Picked this hotel for pool and breakfast. Pool was foaming which indicated dirty. Visually had hair floating in pool also advertised with hot tub but it had been cemented in and had a table placed over where it should have been. Breakfast was OK but limited time so almost missed it. Room had something maybe mold on baseboards. And door handle was wrong on bathroom door had to turn knob backwards to open door.

Nothing Not clean, room looked like it was renivated by a 2 year old uneven floors, door looks like someone tried to break into the room, floor was stickey, room smelt moldy. Requested a first floor room because of my diabilitie and was given a second floor room that I had to have them change. the cable tv was awful. We did not have breakfast just wanted to get out of there.

In my room there were either bed bugs or ticks on the carpet that would crawl up my feet when standing on it

I stayed 2 different nights as the layover point on a road trip. Each night was a different room. First night was on the first floor and the room was clean. The shower was pretty dated and I'm only 5'10" and had to stoop for the showerhead. The second night was the 3rd floor and again clean room and looked like a recent remodel of the bathroom. The hotel was quiet and slightly out of the way, which was nice for no highway or neighborhood noise. I would book there again.

Staff friendliness. Cleanliness and aroma! Helpfulness . Convince and price.
