Residence Inn by Marriott Toledo Maumee

Great place to stop. Staff members were absolutely excellent. Clean. Comfy. It was odd to get charged $3 for parking.

The front desk would not accept cash as I was checking out. I didn’t see anywhere that said cashless. Our room was clean. I asked for 2 additional pillows, never received them. I thought the hallway carpet was very dirty and full of spots. I appreciated all the disability support you have, I didn’t need them, just thought it should be be noted. Overall, I’d come back, not sure I’d recommend it without mentioning the above

We stayed in a one room suite and while the room was big, the carpet was peeling in the kitchen, the wallpaper peeling in the bathroom and cobwebs in the lights. All this we ignored, but I went to take a shower and the hot water did not work. It was not even warm. I called the front desk asking if there was trick to getting it warm and she said no and she would look for a new room and call back. After 10 minutes I just washed my hair in the kitchen sink which did have hot water. I called the front desk back and told her just never mind the whole thing bc I washed my hair in the sink. The bathtub also had some kind of dirt in it. The pool was pretty big and clean but the hot tub was closed temporarily so that was a bummer also. The staff was nice and the breakfast was pretty good. So overall not bad but would not stay there again

Nothing could be better! Absolutely wonderful!

The toilet was broken you had to take the lid off to get fill every time. The water pressure in the shower was so low that you could barely get the soap off of yourself, the body wash was empty. Marriott should be embarrassed to call this there hotel.

Property was lovely, staff was helpful and rooms were nice!
