The hotel is being remodeled, the pool and fitness center were closed. I wish I had been notified about the pool and fitness center.

Staff was very friendly. The breakfast was great! The location is great ! Definitely will stay here next time.

Pool and fitness room were closed, which was not disclosed when we booked the hotel. One of the reasons I chose this hotel was because of the poo. Hotel was getting remodeled which was also not disclosed and tripping hazards were everywhere!

Hotel is under renovation at the moment so it's a bit fire up. Had to walk around a sofa bed in the hallway. The best part of the stay was breakfast and leaving. Would appreciate a lower rate charged since the pool was closed and the hotel was tore up.

Building is under construction and the pool and fitness center were totally inaccessible. We entered our room and it was dusty. They just completed their renovations in the bathroom and apparently the room wasn’t cleaned thoroughly. When I touched the beds, they were full of dust. We were then moved to another room that was slightly better.

Everything was very clean, and the breakfasts were wonderful. The amenities were not all available (ex. pool) due to renovations. With that being said, the staff was great and I have no doubt once the renovations are completed, they will be a 5-star hotel.

No upholstered chair in room. Only a desk chair that was a little broken

Also the bathtub and the sink did NOT drain. i was taking a shower and by the end i was standing in damn near a foot of water.! i complained but they had no maintenance onsite and it was too late to move rooms. kids were disgusted out by the sink filling up when they brushed their teeths , ya gross!! i need a partial refund for this experience. I have already complained to hotels.com about this, about not displaying major notices like that in bold red or yellow highlight to get your attention and needs to be one of the first things you should see. My children didnt get to swim because of the pool closure and they were upset about it. Parking was tight but ok.

I actually stayed at the Fairfield Inn Toledo. Everything was beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful! The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very helpful at breakfast too!

Came with family for one night and it was a pleasant stay even renovation work is going on. Cleanliness and staff were good.

No microwave in room. Some channels not viewable. Bug on the floor in bathroom. Kleenex ran out two days into stay. Only thing good was 5 mins from my job site.

To be fair, this hotel is under some construction/updates. I was aware that the pool was closed, not prepared for all of the construction materials in the hallway and entryway. Staff was friendly.

The breakfast was ok Smelled like smoke in the hallways leading to the room. Inside the room smelled like they tried to mask the smoke smell with febreeze. When I booked online I specified that i had 6 in my party and that i would need the sofa pullout. When I called a few hours before we checked in, they said they didn’t have any sofa beds.. so i asked if they had rollaway cots; they said they would try. They did have 1 rollaway ready in The room when we arrived but 1 of my kids still had to sleep on the floor. They advertised an indoor pool and a fitness center. The pool was closed for construction and the fitness center was 3 treadmills in a small room. I would have never stayed there if I knew the pool was closed. That was a primary reason for staying there with the kids. The night staff was pleasant when we arrived but the morning staff was cold and didn’t even say “good morning” when i turned in my key cards to check out.
