Dirty and creepy

Great convenient location

Clean rooms, spacious and amazing staff.

Very in need of updating (& perhaps deep cleaning) - dark… the photos are misleading

Price They refused to honor the booking.com confirmation and rate. Room surfaces were dirty. Vanity sink was semi clogged with very low water pressure. Bedding did not properly fit mattress and was lumpy. Riff raff patronage.

Nothing in room to drink with! Dirty! Smelly! Floors were filthy and sticky. no garbage can! Falsely advertised!!! Not even basic hotel stuff. Breakfast included, what a joke! That is NOT breakfast!

Rooms have been SO clean my past few stays

Booked two rooms but rooms are given in different floors, carpet was so dirty locks was not working properly bathroom doors jammed

This hotel was dirty and stank. I booked a different hotel. I have never felt like I was not going to sleep in a hotel room until I walked into this one.

A hotel's staff can make or break the hotel. Fortunately, this hotel's staff was great. They allowed me to check in early, and they even went and cleaned a room as soon as I asked to check in early. Also, whenever I needed something, the staff provided it. Overall, I liked the size of the room (it was like a mini-apartment), the location, and the cost. The only negative was the "grab and go" breakfast (don't plan on having that as your breakfast). Overall, it was convenient, inexpensive, safe, and clean.

The fact when I got to the hotel after paying for my reservation online the hotel was completely booked and I lost my money

They charged me double between booking.com charging my card then the hotel also charging my card and would not refund my money.

This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had, with the worst service experience from a hotel manager that I could imagine. I will never stay at an ESA ever again as a result of my experience. Avoid this location at all costs.

Desde que entra solo sucio ve es unos de los mas sucio que e encontrado en Ohio me quede dos veces el primer dia estuvo mejor pero la Segunda vez me fue mal me dieron el segundo piso fue orrible y sin dormir Pelos en la estufa grass sucia la alfombra llena de matcha la bañera sucia es como si los trabajadores trabajan de gratis ò no hay quien lo supervises
