Courtyard by Marriott Toledo Maumee/Arrowhead

The staff was lovely. The room was nice but the bathroom needed to be updated. The shower curtain was wet. The carpet was not really clean. The hallway carpet was stained. The air conditioning smelled a little and the room never really got cool. My sister and I purchased breakfast ahead of time. It was not good at all. A complete waste of money. We travel often and this was the first time we were disappointed. We most likely will not book a Marriott again . There are many other choices.

Perfectly fine, but a little pricey for what it was. I had a broken drawer that kept popping open.

The room absolutely smelled bad. We have never stayed in a hotel/motel where we had to change rooms because it stunk. The first manager was minimally helpful and the second manager (Daniel) was great.

The location was convenient. The staff were very friendly. The room was clean. The overall property was a bit dated. I must have overlooked that parking wasn’t free, as I was charged $10.

The staff was great! The room was clean. Good location. I wouldn’t stay again because of the beds though. It was like sleeping on the floor. If you like an extremely hard firm bed, you’ll love it.

Clean and updated but the first room we got had a bad TV. The second was a handicap room and the shower only had a hand held sprayer which was a real pain to use and the tub drain was clogged.

They are remodeling but that's okay. The room itself was fine. Quiet, clean and I enjoyed my time here. Otherwise. Stuff was helpful and needed and overall good experience

Mostly good - very friendly staff and clean facility. The room smelled a little musty but otherwise clean.

I travel a lot like the last month straight. I stay mainly with Wyndham and I paid less had a working cart, FREE coffee, juice and fruit 24/7. Free breakfast. I don't expect a lot just better than I received here I paid $40 more than I normally do it got so much less. Lesson learned this was my first and last stay with Courtyard!

I love the staff, I stay every time I am in town.

Everything Nothing

This was an okay visit. The room felt very dingy. I had to move rooms because the first one smelled like smoke

They advertise a pool, there is NO pool, if fact it has been closed for more than a year according to the staff.
