half-board was excellent. Located directly next to the train/bus station. Spa is outstanding.

Two issues, but they didn’t dampen the experience. 1) Apart from our waiter George from Greece (great), the rest of staff were ‘ok’. 2) Our penthouse room 401 had no privacy between the toilet and the shower & the toilet and the room entrance - as there was patterned glass used that one could clearly see through. Toilet privacy in room was bizarre

The hotel is located in an excellent spot, directly across from the train station and the ski bus stop, which made getting around extremely convenient. The restaurant looks beautiful, and the restaurant staff were truly amazing — very friendly and attentive. The rooms were clean and modern enough, and the bathroom with heated floors was a very nice touch, especially after a day on the slopes. I was traveling without kids, but the hotel seems particularly well-suited for families, with a dedicated kids’ spa area, playgrounds, and plenty of family-friendly facilities. Breakfast was excellent: a great omelet station, prosecco available, good coffee, pancakes, and a juice station — overall a very enjoyable start to the day. Dinner was only average and not up to the standard one would expect at this price level. It felt more like what you would get in a hotel that costs about 50% less. The schnitzel, in particular, was disappointing for an Austrian hotel. Over the five-day stay, the main course was genuinely good only once, although the salad bar and desserts were consistently good. The spa area looks very nice in pictures, but in reality it is not a proper spa. The sauna with Aufguss looks impressive, but the design causes most of the steam to collect on the ceiling, so there is little difference in experience with or without Aufguss. It looks beautiful, but the effect is limited. The pool area also looks great in photos, but the outdoor pool is completely outside with no swim-out access from indoors. This means you have to go through the cold to enter the water, which is not ideal in a ski resort. In many similar hotels, the outdoor pool is connected to an indoor pool, which is far more comfortable. Both the pool and the hot tub were quite cold and uncomfortable. Overall, if you are looking for a high-quality spa experience for adults, this hotel is not a good choice. I did not use the kids’ pools, but they are likely better suited for families. The beds (at least in our building) were far too soft and not in a comfortable way — you sink into the mattress, which led to back pain the next day. There was only one power outlet on one side of the bed, which feels outdated in 2026. There were also not enough radiators to properly dry ski clothes; the only one available was in the bathroom.

7pm on a Friday night during ski season, they came down to tell us the Sauna was closing. Within just a few minutes, they turned the lights completely off on us in the showers. We had to find our way out barefoot, dripping wet in the total darkness. This is reckless endangerment. We could have easily slipped and broken something. Not to mention the effect on our wellbeing what should have been a relaxing spa visit. Went to the front desk to complain, the manager didn't even bother to get up out of his chair, and gave us some pathetic excuse. This is unbelievable treatment for $300/night at a 4-Star hotel. We didn't even get slippers. This is reckless endangerment and ruined my vacation and demand compensation. Also, but this became a side note, this hotel is not as advertised. The pictures rooms are only in the new part of the building and doesn’t seem like there are even that many of those rooms to begin with. Aren’t properties required to show pictures of the room category being booked?

Size of the room. I had to move the beds one morning. It wasn’t very clean underneath.

Everything. Facilities and are staff were exceptional. There was nothing to dislike about this property and the staff.

Spa is amazing, excellent breakfast, very well maintained property. V good parking. The evening bar entertainment is pretty awful. Check-in staff could crack a smile occasionally. I was in the apartments. They were very clean and modern but could do with a little more luxury for the price.

The hotel has a new, modern part and an older part. We stayed in the new part and everything is superlative, it smelled new, very clean. The only thing I didn't understand was the price of drinks, including water on half board. All the food was excellent, but water and any drink was charged.
