The location is literally the best in all of makkah, no question about it. The check-in process was smooth, the staff was friendly (they let me check out at 1). The haram view from the room was truly breathtaking (what was the point of the qibla direction arrow on the roof??!! LOL). Finally, unlike the hotel next door where I stayed last year, this hotel is appropriately sized for the number of elevators so you don't end up waiting 10 minutes for elevator. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Everything was just incredible. Damn. Closure to the Kaaba, it’s everything, the view. Beautiful. We encounter one Bangladesh room service team who were disrespectful to me and my parents because they came to the room and coffee has spilled on one of the floor napkins. Asking us why we stained it and telling us we have to pay for it. It was on the 29th of June afternoon around 2pm room 1515. Aside that everything was just perfect!

Room is kind of small, air-conditionedis facing the bed makes is uncomfortableto sleep the table, there is a table and chair you couldn'taccess because it's hidden between the bed and the window. bathroom small and uncomfortable

The location is perfect, very close to king AbdulAziz gate, the view from my room was stunning. The furniture is not new.

This is the best, convenient, and reasonable in price location, if i ever again visit Macca inshallah which i will do soon in a near future again i would again go with Al Safwah Tower-1 and specially i would again choose kabah view, so you can look at kaabah anytime you want. Their location and conveniency of all the available market down stairs was good and their jam-at Khana was also one of my favourite place to read Magrib salah also the included breakfast was good too.
