Location, view Kaba inside of masjid , Very very good house keeping Staff members and all other staff members. All were great. But tv was old .

Location of the hotel was excellent. Only a few step to al-haram. Rooms were excellent. Breakfast was good. But ended at 10am. Would like breakfast timing to end at 11am.

The Orchid wi-fi was slow unfortunately even though I was getting all bars in my 1st floor room. Secondly, when I booked via Booking.com, even though I entered my credit card info, someone from the hotel reached out to tell me I needed to transfer money directly to their bank account. I took a leap of faith and did so and it worked out and I wasn't double-charged, but it was definitely shady and/or annoying. Apparently, the issue was temporary because my brother in law booked a room a few days later and was able to do it completely online. Finally, the breakfast options could use more fresh fruit options, but that's the most minor feedback.

Room was nice and spacious. The staff was very cooperative and the location just perfect. The beds can use some work and same goes for the washrooms.

It was near to Masjid Al Haraam, being just next to the clock tower made it very easy for us to go for lunch and dinner.

This was, without any doubt, the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I genuinely don’t understand how this property is rated as a 3-star hotel—it felt more like a 1-star property, if that. The only positive thing I can say is that it is close to Masjid al-Haram. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. I was traveling with my wife and two young children, and this hotel completely ruined our stay in Makkah. We paid a premium price expecting at least a decent 3-star experience. Instead, for the same amount, we could have booked a much better 5-star hotel just a short distance away. Before arrival, our request for a Kaaba-view room was confirmed through Booking.com. However, when we checked in, the hotel completely ignored the confirmation and gave us a room on the first floor with absolutely no view. After repeated complaints, they moved us to another first-floor room with only a city view, but that did nothing to solve the real problems. The room was filthy. The carpets looked like they had not been cleaned for months, there was dust on the furniture and drawers, and the bathroom was unhygienic with visible stains and poor housekeeping. The worst part was discovering bedbugs in the room. The mattresses were extremely hard and uncomfortable, making it almost impossible to sleep. Despite reporting the bedbugs multiple times, the hotel took no meaningful action. The staff showed very little concern for our complaints. They were unhelpful, unprofessional, and seemed completely uninterested in resolving any issues. Breakfast was another major disappointment. While there appeared to be many items, most of them were just pastries and bakery products. There was very little suitable for a proper breakfast. To get a simple omelette or fried egg, you had to wait 15–20 minutes every single morning. The chef preparing the eggs was rude and dismissive. If we requested an extra egg or made any small request, he would either ignore us or refuse outright. The restaura
