Very close to haram, shorter walk time than hotels in abraj. Excellent customer service all around. Receptionist gave an upgrade with bigger room and also a late check out. We had one night only as our booking got cancelled by swissotel. They do have own masjid area attached to haram with AC that helped a lot in this hot weather. Will stay again inshaaAllah. Breakfast is a bit expensive. Did not try. Access to taxi can be limited due to traffic restrictions, but short walk to ajyad road does help.

Excellent location and very friendly Staff. We admire that Prayers are connected directly with Haram which is more convenient for us. Water pressure in the Toilet Trigger unit. It is too high and hard to press

كل شي كان رائع من حسن الاستقبال وكرم الضيافه والاتصال للسؤال عن الاقامه واذا ناقص اي شي وبوفيه الافطار متنوع والاروع موظف الاستقبال عبدالرحمن الزهراني لحسن استقباله وترحيبه واصراره للاتصال في حال الاحتياج لاي شي بشكل عام اقامة ممتازه في صفوة الغفران واوصي بها بشده لايوجد

المكان جميل جدا ونظيف وبجانب الحرم مباشرة، والاطلالة جميلة ويوجد اطلالة على الحرم. الفريق متعاون جدا جدا والخدمة رائعة جدا وتم ترقية الغرفة من قبل فريق الاستقبال واخص بالشكر الاخ نايف وجميع فريق العمل. انصح باختبار هذا الفندق ??

الفندق راااائع بدايه من موظف الاستقبال عناد الذي سهل علينا ال check in باكرا بعد ساعات سفر طول الليله السابقه للوصول . وليس ذلك فقط بل اعطانا upgrade لغرفة اوسع مع جلسه مما زاد من راحتنا وجعلنا نشعر بالرفاهيه وأنا أعلم جيدا صعوبه الأمرين في مكان مثل فنادق الحرم فأنا والحمدلله زائره لمكه كل عده أشهر وبالكاد استطيع الحصول على غرفه معقوله ،،الغرفه بها كل التسهيلات من الاشياء المعروفه المعتاده الى ماكينه قهوه ومكواه وميزان فعلا كأننا في منزلنا ولا نشعر بالتعب…الفندق نظيف جدا وقريب جدا من الحرم وسهل الوصول والخروج منه للحرم في وقت قياسي …كما انه متصل بسوق ابراج الصفوه والذي يتميز بأسعاره المعقوله أصبح هذا الفندق وجهتي الدائمه إن شاء الله في مكه لاشئ،،،كل شئ كان رائع

Location, breakfast AC - no matter what temperature you set +28 it would stay on 18… super cold. Bed very uncomfortable. The Adhan of Haram didn’t work in the room. When I went to sleep after Isha, guest relations decided to call my room and check about my stat - seriously, you call at night!!! After 15min ring on my door - housekeeping ?? can it get worse???!!! I stayed at this hotel many years ago, but will not come back.
