The food was very nice as the we 're offered a good variety of options. The hotel was clean, well located, The room was comfortable and well maintained. The only drawback was that the the bathroom overflow when we had a shower. we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

Loved the location plus the best is the shuttle service to Haram It was negligible I would rather say minor human errors. The Bengali staff only were expecting more but I would rather not call it a nuisance

What first caught attention was the hospitality and kindness of the staff, then the cleanliness of the room, and then the absolutely beautiful view of the Haram. The only slight inconveniences were the lack of travel adapters or USB/USBC ports and the room missing a microwave for warming up food.

Very close to the Haram. There are busses and golf carts that also take you down and up the hill if you do not want to walk much. Rooms are comfortable and staff is great always made sure we were okay. The lobby has a small cafe that you can order, but also they usually have complementary dates and saudi coffee. This is the second time my family and I stayed there and we will stay there again! Personally there was nothing I did not like about the hotel.

I liked the location, the availability of golf cars to transport you to haram were very helpful. The breakfast was very nice and varied. Special thanks to mr razwan from the restaurant for his kindness and help, as i requested something that wasn’t in the buffet; the next day they added it and he looks for me everyday afterwards to ask if i want it to be brought to my table. Really appreciated this kind gesture. Room cleanliness and spaciousness was great. They said “pay at the property”, yet there were multiple attempts to deduct from my account before i arrive and they told me that if i don’t pay before arrival the booking will be canceled. I did not like this because it contradicted what they stated in the beginning.
