Staff is so freindly and cooperative Lifts need maintenance, Also. need to enhance toilet supply like soaps, tissues etc.

Very bad wifi with spotty connection, sometimes not connecting at all for long times. Very big and uncomfortable pillows. Room given not exactly as shown.

Everything was alright. Neat and clean. Well mannered staff. Specially Wahid bhai from Bangladesh and other staff I forgot the name. Their timely assistance made my stay peaceful. It's a budget friendly paradise with close proximity to Al haram. Hopefully once again! Nothing

The staff are nice and friendly, especially Haitham who greeted and welcomed us with all the services! The room was comfortable and clean and we were allowed to choose the wanted room. Everything was good :)
