The property is very clean, people are very nice and helpful, especially at the reception ( Abdulmalik at the desk was very nice, quick, helpful and friendly) all people are friendly the bus to Haram is available all the time. Food was amazing. Everything was perfect ?

Great location and value, breakfast had large variety & the staff was helpful We booked 3 beds room, but we get 2 beds room and sofa bed not as it’s mentioned in booking application, sofa bed was small , very hard and I told the receptionist to raise the issue and they should clearly mention that it’s room with 2 beds and extra sofa bed, air conditioner was hot but it’s summer

Comfortable Shuttle service need to be more frequent.. taxi is additional expense. If I have to do taxi then I will prefer hotel near Haram. 2. Breakfast should be included in the room rent, going for breakfast means going till Haram again.

This was a pathetic hotel , with zero customer service the shuttle would never come and if it did the guy would wait for it to over load and wouldnot bother about the salah time we had to take cab most of the time . House keeping staff wouldnt clean room and bother changing bed sheets even on request .

There was nothing wrong. Its far from haram, but the hotel’s hourly shuttle service takes you there in 5-10 minutes. So overall, perfect for a stay. Will come again inshaAllah The staff from reception to room service to the restaurant; all are very nice Theres nothing at all. Even my daughter said the box at the reception “complaints & suggestions” is empty; ofcourse there was no need of either!
