People, location, room Outside in front of the hotel was not clean and properly made. The name was small, only you can see it when you reach it. Breakfast was not that good, no coffee , some cold.

I had a truly wonderful experience at Diyar Al Khalidiya Hotel in Makkah. The stay was exceptional in every aspect—accommodation, service, cleanliness, and reception. The entire team demonstrated the highest level of professionalism, elegance, and hospitality. A very special thanks to the esteemed manager, Mr. Mohammed Al-Sulami, for his outstanding professionalism, refined manner, and genuine kindness toward guests. I would also like to extend my sincere appreciation to the reception staff: Afnan Ahmedouh, Maryam Al-Qaisi, Razan Al-Tarfi, Fawzia, and Abdulrahman Sobhi for their warm welcome and excellent service. Special thanks as well to the room service staff member, Qadri Ibrahim, and to the housekeeping team for their meticulous and thoughtful work under the supervision of Mr. Noor. My gratitude also goes to the concierge team: Rakan, Nayef, and Abdulrahman Mohammed for their helpful and professional assistance. Finally, I would like to thank the security staff at the hotel entrances for their kindness, professionalism, and warm greetings to guests. The hotel also provides convenient parking facilities, which adds great value to the overall experience. This is my third time choosing to stay at this hotel. I highly recommend choosing this hotel in Makkah as a first option. Nothing

I liked almost everything, Orjwan and Abdelrahman in the reception firs meet me with their beautiful smile and welcoming worlds, which made my stay very positive, Orjwan was so helpful and arranged to accommodate my big shipment till I left. V Good value for money . The hotel is around 30 minutes walk to the edge of haram. The sink hose in my room was not fixed and was leaking. I didn’t have time to report it .

The stay was pleasant and staff were polite and informative

reception good , room clean , upholsteries good location is bad , cannot walk to haram even by road (hotel shuttle) it takes more then 20-30min and while returning its like you cannot come back so easy

Neat and clean. Plenty of food options, restaurants available nearby. Slow internet. On 35 mins walk from Haram.

Great value for money. Lovely soothing decor. Most of the staff speak English. Free parking was available. No crowded elevators. Great tea available downstairs. Hot water in the shower doesn’t last very long. The window in our room was dirty. The bathroom bin had small flies in it. I asked for a pen or pencil from the reception, he said if I find it, I will send it. Never came. No coffee was available in the room. Only Tea bags.

I would also like to thank the hotel for allowing the driver to wait for me at any time without any inconvenience. This made my transportation much easier and more comfortable during my stay. The bus is not always available and always take time to come to drop off or pickup passengers

Value for Money. The hotel was a bit far but walkable distance. Easy to get taxies to Haram. Amazing and corporative Staffs The room that we got did not had a good view. Amenities like Shower Gel, Shampoo etc was not of good quality. Improvement in Shuttle Services for the guest should be done immediately.

I truly did not expect the hotel to be at such a high level. The hotel is very clean, the furniture is new, and the overall atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming. All the staff were outstanding and demonstrated a very high level of professionalism and courtesy. My sincere thanks go to all the hotel staff, with a very special thanks to the front desk officer, Mr. Abdulrahman, who kindly assisted me before my arrival. I contacted the hotel by phone, and he answered all my inquiries clearly and patiently. I truly wish him all the best and continued success.
