اشكر الاخت رغد في الاستقبال واللي كان لها الدور الكبير في اختيار الغرفة المناسبة وبالسعر اللي كان جدا مرضي بالنسبة للخدمات الرائعة شكرا لكم متساعدين لابعد الحدود

The reception supervisor Mr.Sultan knew his business well !! Was courteous ,easy to communicate (good English ), Since I was a first timer in their hotel, he gave me an upgrade to suite room with partial haram view . 5-6 minutes walking distance from Haram boundary !! Overall good I haven’t stayed much in the hotel to make an opinion about anything bad

The Room entry Electronic Card locked automatically as soon as check out time reached at 11 AM even if you granted late check out time, which let me to come down using ER exit (the stairs) because am not able to use the elevator because of inactivation of my card and that cause some sort of inconvenience during my stay

Near haram and clean You have to walk uphill about 200 meters before reaching the hotel, there will be walkway to haram mosque after completion of expansion

The location and the receptionist especially MR. Raed and hotel staff communication The rooms were uncomfortable, the furniture was very worn and unclean, the curtains were torn at the edges and didn't work, Two of the rooms locks are broken and the bathroom chairs are not secure! there wasn't enough parking for guests, the food in the buffet was below average, and the smell of cooking was overwhelming.overall there no maintenance for the rooms in the hotel

Very accessible to the nearby malls, shops and eateries. Amazing spread of breakfast! I wish the reception staff were a bit more attentive. We were initially told that the room will be ready in 2 hours time. We had to check with them multiple times while we waited in the guest reception area. Nobody bothered to inform us that the room was ready.

Every thing was very good and comfortable, attitude of working staff was very professional and responsive especially Musharraf was very good and attentive. The facility of room dining is excellent but the price of room dining was very high.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, very convenient for visiting the Haram, and the overall cleanliness and comfort of the rooms were impressive. The staff were professional, welcoming, and always ready to assist. I would especially like to highlight Azzah Alsunusi, the Duty Manager, whose service truly stood out. Her warm approach, attention to detail, and genuine care for guests made a big difference. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and I was highly impressed by her professionalism and kindness. Honestly, there was very little to dislike.
