The room cleanliness was okay as well as the size of the room we changed and moved to, but not the first room The first room we entered was having no air condition, the receptionist told us we have no other rooms with one large bed, but after we had the A/C problem we moved to another large bed, despite the fact that the tower we were in had so many vacant rooms. Even if we have reserved 2 beds because there was no option on the site we made our reservation, as an ex hotelier, if you have vacant rooms that your guest requested you can simply transfer them to make them happy, especially you have room availability and it is only 2 nights. Moving to another room (that we were told there are non available with one bed) in the same corridor after A/C problem created a total mistrust and disatissfaction for me and my spouse. When it comes to transporttion, the buses are only 2 at max. while the hotel serves 3 towers, we always had to be stacked in the bus some problems happened due to the crowded bus during the transfer from hotel to Haram, the only hotel that had people witing 10-30 min for a bus to come and when it comes it gets filled up with double it's capacity and still the number of people waiting in the heat for another bus to come needs at least 2-3 more buses. It was the only hotel having people waiting for buses while other hotels in the same station with way less number of people; were having 2 buses waiting for their guests, and they move without any crowd and with all people seated with total comfort. Not to mention the way the staff at the reception speakes, total arrogance no phone answering most of the time. I had to go down to the reception few times to tell them what I need. I was told after being roomed, that our info are not registered on the system, I was told someone is coming to you now, and it took forever. I was given incomplete in consistent and unreliabkle info most of the time. Staff needs to be trained from scratch on how to communicate an how to adopt the hospitality mentality.

I had a disappointing experience. The reception staff did not give me enough time to explain my issue, and there was no proper way to communicate or discuss my concerns. Better customer service and communication would greatly improve the overall experience.

Shuttle to Jabal-e-omar every 15 minutes. from Jabal-e-omar it is a 10 minute walk (including with wheel chair) to Haram. Many resturants near by. Comfy beds, friendly staff. Bugs in washroom

The room was reasonably clean. The space was not comfortable. It took more than an hour to check in. There was no orderly functioning of front office staff.
