Hashtag 98 Hotel By Jalo

Sheets, shower, room layout, front desk person, location. I chose this hotel for the rooftop deck, but it was closed both Sunday and Monday when I stayed. That wasn't clear at all when I booked.

I was very comfortable in my room. It was well furnished and maintained. House keeping did a great job of keeping the room clean on a daily basis. The room was cozy and comfortable. I did not like that the hotel requires the name of a second guest at check in for a second guest to be recognized. If you have one visitor through your stay, you will be charged extra even though your booking is for two. It doesn’t make sense to me and it sure does seem to be a plot to make undeserved money off customers.

Staff serve was poorly Had issues with the air conditioning and they weren’t kind enough to even offer us anything.

Everything was good

The property was in a great location with easy access to dining, shopping and transportation. The was nice, cozy and very clean. I did not like the property’s requirement for the second guest on reservation has to be named at time of check in or else extra payment will have to be made even if the reservation was for two guests. It makes no sense to me.

The staff is very generous and the breakfast is a 10/10. Room is small

The facilities are modern and pretty. Everything was on point!

Location Room Balcony For the moment nothing

The location is unbeatable if you want to be in the heart of El Poblado. It’s a short walk to Parque Lleras, but the hotel itself feels like a modern sanctuary. The rooftop at Inzolente is easily one of the best spots in the city for a drink with a view Again, the fact that the refrigerator amenities aren't complimentary is a negative for me. It’s a small detail that would make the stay feel much more premium if it were included.

Great location, easy to find, close from interest places… It was good but I asked for a hair dryer that never was delivered, towels where old and rotten, it would be nice if they add new ones, also to leave an iron in the room for guests use

It’s a great location but it’s also so loud. They provide earplugs in your room so that tells a lot. Staff was friendly and we could leave our luggage there. Our friend slept at one of the highest floors and there was a private rooftop party going on, which was very loud. They told us they would stop at 10pm but it didn’t. We slept okay at the second floor, but als very loud and close to the street. The rooms weren’t that big. I had difficulties unloading my luggage.

The property offered a "FREE breakfast" but didn't have most of the food they said they would and very limited options with what they offered. They also charged for drinks at breakfast.

The staff were very nice and kind, and really tried to help. Unfortunately, the hotel did not match the photos or our expectations. The pictures showed a large and spacious room, but in reality it was very small and cramped, with barely enough space to move around. The furniture also felt worn out — the table was sticky and had stains from sticky drinks from previous guests. Overall, the room felt poorly maintained and not clean. The shower was uncomfortable to use, and the water splashed all over the bathroom, flooding the floor and making it very inconvenient. On top of that, the property was very noisy, which made it difficult to rest. We realized we made the wrong choice with this hotel, especially considering there are many better options in the area. I would not stay here again.
