The location was great, the hotel is very modern and elegant Nothing that I can think off.

Clean - location was a little off The pm staff was not friendly or welcoming - black hair. There was no orange juice when we came at 7:20 am since they ran out but breakfast starts 6 or 7 am?

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff, hearty breakfast included fruit, awesome coffee. Sweet and salty option was really good. Juice served with breakfast was unflavored.

The front desk staff were FANTASTIC! We had 2 trip-related problems when we were staying at the Moabi and the front desk staff spent a lot of time helping us out….very much appreciated!

Absolutely impeccable experience! This new hotel is expertly designed to provide 100% functional luxury and has an impressive attention to details. This includes intuitive touch panels for operating lights, blinds, and A/C, as well as several different recessed and backlighting options that enable you to fine-tine the level of lighting for your needs in stylish manner. The bathroom is a treat, and includes a very large, beautiful walk-in shower with direct overhead showerhead. Complementing the impressive design are staff who are uniformly expertly trained and friendly! I always felt welcomed and at home away from home. There was always a desk clerk there when needed who took care of my needs immediately. Each day my room was made flawlessly, with the maid even noting and remembering details of how I liked the throw pillows arranged. It's hard to find fault with this hotel. I might like the room TV to be somewhat larger, given the ample dimensions of the room.

Very friendly staff. Brand new hotel. Very QUIET which is unusual for this popular area of Medellin. Good restaurant as well. Highly recommend! Nothing except the very minor point that I would caution guests that the freeze dried coffee packets are not free. They are not expensive but just a reminder.

This was a great find of a hotel. I was able to arrange airport transfer there and back for ~130,000 COP each way which was very convenient. It took about 30 mins from the airport to reach the hotel. The hotel has a lovely aesthetic. I enjoyed the smart room feature. It’s very clean and located in a nice area. Getting to El Poblado’s main attractions took 15-20 mins by foot which was not bad. The staff was very friendly. The only negatives I found were that the smart key took 5-6 tries to open the door and the room was not very soundproofed. If someone was talking outside my door, it sounded like they were talking in my room.

Breakfast was good; plus opportunity to prepare breakfast 1/2 hour earlier due to our early departure. All staff were great and location excellent. We would stay here again.

The location and the smart room I liked everything

Very nice lady at the reception desk allowed me to check in my flight and print on her reception laptop as I had some technical issues with my phone. Very nice staff Location for me wasn't the problem but it's 10 min walk from the touristy central area. Staff very nice but don't speak any English

This recently built, modern, 5-storey hotel is not just stylish with great decor but also comfortable and accommodating. Our room was small but well-stocked (toiletries, mini-fridge), with a large shower and plenty of hot water; thick, luxurious towels were changed every day; comfortable king-size bed; and excellent lighting. Housekeeping cleaned the room every day. The breakfast is ample and delicious (you order off a menu), served in the in-house restaurant. A couple of blocks away we found many restaurants, cafes and stylish shops. We loved this hotel! While the hotel itself is soundproofed, and therefore quiet, the surrounding restaurants and bars can be noisy, but not after 11 pm.

Wonderful location. Great staff. Yoryanis was super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The technology used in the room for the tv and music is great. They need a larger mirror for the room.

Great rooms, very good size and clean. Loved the shower. Overall great experience!
