Landmark Hotel

1. The hotel is in a safe and quiet neighborhood but yet close to restaurants. 2. The check-in was quick and seamless. 3. The hotel has a pool and jacuzzi with a beautiful view which is an additional plus. 4. The staff is attentive and always at their disposal. 5. The price is reasonable I would have given this hotel a 10 but the size of the room was too small. I would have liked a bigger room, i felt we were too tight in the space we had. If space is not a big factor to you then this is definitely a good place to stay.

What to find! The property exceeded our expectations in every way. The front staff with Freddie, Edwin, and the ladies was friendly, kind, and helpful at all times. The location could not be better, two restaurants on site, two bathrooms in our family suite, rooftop with pool and incredible views. This place is exceptional.  Nothing

El hotel es hermoso! La mezcla de la arquitectura del hotel con la naturaleza es notable, tiene un "felling ecológico". La velocidad de respuesta del staff es realmente impresionante. Edwin fue sumamente atento y servicial. Nos permitieron hacer check‑in temprano y, además, atendieron de inmediato nuestras solicitudes: una habitación más alejada del pasillo y silenciosa, así como dos almohadas adicionales debido a nuestros problemas de espalda. La rapidez con la que respondieron fue INMEDIATA, algo que nos sorprendió gratamente. En general, el personal es muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar.Sin duda volvería a hospedarme en este hotel cuando regrese a Medellín. Puntos a mejorar: El clóset y el espacio destinado al refrigerador resultan un poco pequeños para una estadía cómoda. Además, la puerta de vidrio del baño no cerraba correctamente, lo que provocaba que el agua de la ducha se filtrara hacia el resto del baño.

Interesting property with good facilities in the very nice, safe, and relatively quiet Manila area of El Poblado, but still offering quite a lot of good restaurants, shops and bars within walking distance. Excellent breakfast place on first floor. Very friendly and helpful staff. The Queen Suite, while an interesting 2 level 2 bathroom space, still felt a bit small.

Joiner fee was $100 USD way to high

Perfect location, great stuff, great food.

Overall. Excellent from top to bottom. From the security guy who ran out to our uber with an umbrella when it was raining, to the excellent housekeeping staff, to the friendly front desk, everyone made us feel welcome. They also serve free coffee and flavored water in the lobby and there’s a free washer/dryer in the basement! It wasn’t a major concern, but the walls seemed thin- we could hear our neighbors conversations, and people in the hallways.

The treadmills were not working.

The restaurant in the hotel closed early.

Great location in a well to do neighborhood. The reception was quite cold and the cooncierges inferred that my guest was an escort :/ “Will you be staying here too?” Um, I DID book the hotel for two adults… my bf just stayed silent although he spoke fluent Spanish The plug I charged my phone into didn’t work so I woke up with a dead phone. I had to unplug the bed lamp in the morning and that worked to start charging it but u fortunately THE WIFI WAS NOT WORKING. So, no wifi, in an expensive hotel. I also asked the previous night if I could PAY for my two friends from London could join me at the pool. They said management would let me know in the morning. I asked again in the morning before I found out the wifi was dead and they reluctantly said yes. But by that time, I couldn’t even call them to invite them because I had no phone. The manager was kind and understanding and let us cancel our last night so we could go back to our “cheaper” hotel that had all the amenities.

the security night guy was awesome, so helpful and friendly, the Hotel was so cute and the staff awesome. Location is perfect. that it did not provide FREE Breakfast with the stay.

Modern well designed spaces, with lots of light. Excellent staff attentive to all requirements and helpful with whereabouts hints.

The room had sufficient space. Balcony and mini fridge were pluses. Good AC. Good location. Friendly staff. Free laundry (with all supplies). Much appreciated! A bar and two restaurants, plus public space for hanging out. The corridors upstairs are a bit dark and ugly. The room showed some wear (bathroom water damage). Usually front desk can speak English. Other staff, maybe not. But that is typical in Colombia.
