The design, and concept, and that it is pet friendly. Breakfast was great, lots of options. There was not noise suppression, and the pillows were too tall, even for my husband.

The area is wonderful. I travel to Medellin 3 to 5 times a year. I always find time to stay a few days here. The gym is small but we'll laid out and has all the equipment for a good workout. Wonderful neighborhood. This is the neighborhood I would like to buy a home in when I move there part time. Great hotel wonderful staff.

Great staff, Laura J was great, was given early check in kindly as I had shown up early. The gym and pool were great for a hotel. Rooms could be slightly larger. Great for solo travellers but could be a bit small for a couple.

It was close to nightlife and decent restaurants. The staff was nice and attentive. The room had a good balcony with a view of the city. The rooms were value engineered so there were no separate bathrooms. If I was traveling with a friend or a relative, it would have been a problem because there's no way to shower without being seen naked by whoever else is in the room. It's also too small for the luggage of more than one person. You can also hear EVERYTHING, the TV or music of your neighbors, a child crying down the hallway...

The lobby restaurants bar are to expose it is hard to drink wine in a breeze place I was cold the 3 nights I stayed there, after coming from tours wanted to drink in better ambience also the restaurant had regeton music terrible taste of music.. Employees very friendly
