It was clean and comfortable but in the bathroom no tray or shower cady to hold the soap or shampoo Bathroom did not have a shower cady to keep my things like Soap , Shampoo would be better if they provided Hair dryer

Location is very good. The area feels safe. The room facilities are old and not good, e.g. shower room door not working well, towel hanger suddenly broken.

I got a different room not as it shows in the photo, no toilet paper, no shampoo, no blanket. They didn't even accept British residency or a software copy or the Colombian visa to start the check in process, just insisted on seeing the entrance stamp.

The staff was super nice with us and always helpful. The hotel is well located and the room was comfy. The hotel did not communicate that we had to pay an extra fee of 10 % for paying with card.

Near the conversation center Breakfast was bad Should be more

Rooms are clean and on ground floor easy assemble.close to the park. Need a coffee maker or hot water kettle and fridge in room

Excellent location.. very safe zone

Nice neighborhood, walking distance to convention center. I picked this hotel as I was attending trade show at Plaza Major Convention center. Although it has been renovated (by the look at it), the facility wasn’t as nice as it lacked a proper desk, dual locking mechanism for the door. The bathroom partition didn’t even shut closed. I had to lean onto the door to avoid water from splashing out.

The area didn’t feel safe and I felt like people were spying on me and following me on my way back to the hotel

The location was good, very quiet. Ii is a residential area. The breakfast was frugal but ok I would have preferred a more soft matress

Good location The room is very noisy, very poor soundproof. The wall is very thin, so every time the air-conditioned switch on or off the whole wall vibrates. The staffs don't speak English and you have to walk to other building to have breakfast.

Breakfast is very basic, not enough to satisfy the needs of a regular breakfast. They require you to pay in cash in pesos. No shampoo in bathroom.

WE Loved that it was quietly tucked away in Laureles! Right across from the Parque de Rio- which is beautiful and Full of Local Life!! We had a private room w/our own bathroom. It was large and Comfortable and Quiet. The Staff was warm and helpful!!! we stayed 8 nights and it was like coming “home” each evening after FULL days of exploring Medellin! The property is a solid 25 min walk to Central Laureles and a 17 min walk to nearest Metro station. It just takes time to get to places. We actually used Uber a lot and it is really inexpensive.

They canceled my reservation with no reasons or previous communication. We arrived around 11pm and the hotel.occupacy was full. They canceled my reservation without any communication. It is insane you cannot plan your trip with that kind of service. A little 6 years boy was with us.... We were calling several hotels looking for rooms for my family. The person in the front desk was distracted and she had no idea about how to help us to find another location. Just after we arrived to the hotel they canceled the reservation. Because they asigned my rooms to other guests. This is not a serious business. No recommended.
