Everything else is good Cold water on hoilday and restaurant not working. Most places were closed needed to get some food. To much for friends to visit for alittle while

We had a very spacious room with two bedrooms and bathrooms. Even a kitchen (that we didnt use) but a lot of space, and the view was very nice, we had the upper floor (10th floor) and the whole floor was ours which was nice. The beds were good. And location is also pretty good. The photos are way nicer than in real life, we expected a lot more. The whole vibe and ambience was not welcoming, cozy or comfortable. I wouldn't go here again and wouldn't recommend it. But if you just need a comfortable bed with spacious room, no spectacular ambience, it's fine.

Check in was easy. The things were not well maintained. I was under the impression that this was a fancy hotel, but it felt run down. Ac not working, no reason given, no discount. Room super loud, both from the street and from some weird beeping noise from the hallway.

Overall service was good but the breakfast menu need more options and the AC wasn’t working for my room during the entire stay No AC even tho I paid for it

The price of breakfast is quite expensive compared with similar hotels (we do not take the brakfast). The restaurant/cafeteria closes very soon.

I loved the location , the suite was so spacious , the price was fair , the breakfast was great . Great coffee everyday There really wasn’t much I didn’t like but the last two days there was only warm water and I’m a hit girl shower girl

Very clean, helpful staff and 24 desk WiFi didn't work from my room, as well as netflix. The water pressure was low in the shower

Everything. Beautiful hotel. Lobby very nice and open. Green foliage very nice. Nice restaurant with good breakfast just off the lobby. We had the top floor with balcony and incredible views….. it was amazing. Hotel and room nicely devoted. Light and airy. All staff were helpful and friendly. We dealt mainly with Victor at reception and he went above and beyond. Was I incredibly friendly and helpful, and always happy. Location was in a nice residential neighborhood. There was a nice mercado about 2 blocks away. It was about a 20 minute walk from a metro station and the walk was in safe areas. I highly recommend and would definitely stay again. Nothing. All great
