We did not had running water when we arrived. We where informed it because of the cities water supply.

And none of this matters. Couldn't get my refund.

There was great pizza place across the road, nice coffee shops around so location was decent. AC in the room was good, shower pressure was good. Not cleaned properly, we had stink bugs in our room, sauce on the walls, stains on the blankets.

Location no english speaking at all

Breakfast, and the shower My room was infested with roaches and my fridge was infested with roaches, and I asked for a replacement fridge and never got one, they just set it outside my room until I left.

Nothing Discrimination for same sex couple my partner was not able to stay at the hotel even though I reserved she had id and passport and they simply deny entry

The staff was nice and helpful. The place is falling apart. Many of the rooms smells bad (we rented 8 rooms). The hot water at times would not work or would get cold in the middle of the shower and take a minute or two to heat again.

N8ce staff, great location and price

The property is clean, it a an elevator and a small parking garage. If you’re looking for a quiet place to have a good sleep Hotel Gran Conquistador 33 it’s NOT a good option. It sit right on a major roadway where a lot traffic goes through 24/7. You will hear every motorcycle, car and party buses going through it. This hotel it is not recommended for people that are doing a marathon because the noises will not let you sleep.

No Wi Fi.

Rooms without sound proof, so you can hear streets and avenue like it was in your room. Beds and pillows NO SOFT AT ALL, not even a lamp at rooms, we had to ask for towels and toilet paper, there was none at rooms. Breakfast no satisfactory.

My friend said she wanted me to find a place close to the stadium in Medellin. She gave me 3 places given. So out of the 3 places I picked this one, being a foreigner, i didnt know my friend she couldn't tell me if this was the closest because she don't drive. It was far to me but I from another country USA. And I liked the price and the breakfast every morning. And the staff was friendly and kind. It There was a language difference, but they tried hard to communicate with me, and we managed. And the internet wouldn't work in my room and the TV didn't work no fresh towels or wash clothes. My friend turned the TV on for me when i asked for someone to come fix it they never came.. The room was clean. The shower was difficult to use. I couldn't have guests in my room she wasn't allowed to come up to my room she came up the first day I arrived. She wasn't staying. So, the mess up came about in my reservation when I did it online from the USA. I thought i had made reservations for two even though she wasn't staying, and when i printed out the first reservation, i thought it was confirmed for two guest so when I called we couldn't communicate the room was set up with 6 beds 5 twin beds and one full size bed it didn't make sense to me. My flight was delayed cause of weather so I really got there the next day. Long day and night in the airport. But somehow we managed they had a driver pick me up.

I don’t like the breakfast, limited choices. The room needs to get organized. Dirty comforter and TV doesn’t work, poor wifi signal.

Old rooms, old furniture, no hot water, bed sheets were dirty and ripped, the room fridge was not working, air conditioning stopped working during the second night at the hotel staff intended to change our room to another one with mold and humidity. Pictures here in the app does not show the reality of it. Front desk staff were not helpful, and with a really bad costumer service. Breakfast is just one option, dinning hall really cheap. Overall, a cheap place with cheap and old facilities.

1. The air conditioning never worked... it had a horrible sound to it . They transferred us to another room in which the air did not work either. They asked us to verify other rooms and gave us a key to an occupied room :/ they were belongings there and no one from the staff took us we went by ourselves... I mean someone can Steal stuff. 2. Breakfast was horrible. I only ate once there. One time I asked for a banana and they mentioned they were unable to give me a whole banana... Only a few pieces. You are given whatever they have and don't ask for choices. They took forever to bring either coffee or juice. The only time I ate breakfast never got a juice. 4. The towels they gave us had holes, stains and smelled like cooking oil. 5. The room had a funky smell to it... I bought fabuloso to clean myself and for it to smell good. 6. Elevator light was not working. I have a video that I sent to the hotel
