El desayuno inicia muy tarde, no da tiempo en caso de que tengas que ir al aeropuerto temprano al igual que el restaurante cierra muy temprano y aunque hay opciones para comer cerca no siempre uno quiere salir si tiene un restaurante en el hotel.

The cleanliness, the space, the area, it was all pleasant. My parents stayed here for 2 weeks and they enjoyed it. Some of the staff at the reception were extremely rude and dry... They were not very accommodating, unfortunately.

location near a mall poor service, bathroom towels damaged with stains, hallways with poor illumination. No pool just 2 old jacuzzi ,besides that good view on top floor.

The in-room jacuzzi felt clean and well maintained; we used it every day. We also had great nights of sleep, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The staff was good and professional, though they didn’t go particularly beyond what was expected. Overall, we had a good stay and didn’t have much to complain about. We thought the space was a great value deal. TV could be a little bigger. The rooftop jacuzzi looks like something most wouldn't use given how "public" it feels.

Absolutely nothing Whoever advertises this property should be sued for false advertising. This place looks more like a cheap pay by the hour motel. The receptionist was more interested in being on her cell phone then attending to us. As soon as we got to our rooms we were disgusted by it's appearance. Think of the worst motel you've seen and this is it. We immediately booked another hotel but were charged for the one night in this dump but I didn't care. We left and stayed at an amazing hotel called the V Grand Hotel.
