Los Patios Cool Living

I've stayed here various times and cleanliness was off this time around. Stained sheets, leaking AC unit right on the sofa bed. It was only a night so we were fine but wouldn't like this great place to lose it's good reputation.

I love the room with the jacuzzi it was very comfortable and clean. The space is large, so many facilities, the hotel have two dominant entry which help when a uber is on the wrong street and you just catch the taxi on the other side of entry. This building have a unique design, very artistic, the style is amazing. Great co working area. Very good experience ❤️ The pool is close too early but 11 o midnight would have been better for me ? because after came back to the hotel after a tour and I just want to be in the pool.

What I enjoyed most about my stay was the warm swimming pool, which remained open until late and provided the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. The food was absolutely incredible, with every meal exceeding my expectations. I also loved the spacious room I selected—it was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and offered a beautiful view that made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, Los Patios Cool Living provided an outstanding experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Medellín. The only minor drawback was the wait time for the elevator, particularly during busy periods when the hotel was crowded. At times, it took longer than expected to get to and from the rooms. Aside from that, the hotel itself is wonderful. The facilities, cleanliness, food, and overall atmosphere made for an excellent stay, and I would gladly return.

Close to mall and a grocery store. Also many buses and the metro is not a far walk. Of course one can use uber The steam room is different in Colombia then in the use. Not used to whatever they use for steam

Very organized.

Just breakfast was perfect, and the staff was friendly. These are the only items that I liked there, otherwise preferred not to stay there It was too noisy, the bed was not clean when I arrived, and it was below standard. Other guests in the other rooms are very noisy and talking loudly until 2-3 AM. The sound of parties during the weekend was annoying; it is good for anyone who wants to attend parties, but still, it wasn't clean at all.

Great facilities and fantastic staff. Breakfast was amazing. Spacious and beautifully decorated room. Easy walk to Laureles and the Unicentro Mall. Street and airplane noise. Ok if you sleep through anything like me ?

The staff were exceptional!

Staff at Satio, in general everybody was super nice. Shout out to everybody at breakfast, Yorg when we arrived was wonderfull with us. they treat us so well, we felt bettet than home the outside noise, motorcycles at night, but it isnt their fault.

The included breakfast was enjoyable and portioned well. The room was large and comfortable. The location was perfect for what we needed close to the sports facilities. Staff were friendly. The noise from outside is terrible. For guests wanting a quieter experience, I would recommend NOT getting a room with a balcony and instead choose one of the interior rooms without windows. It will be much quieter

Everything was excellent. Felt safe and comfortable.

Not much to complain about really except for the noise from the street is very noticeable starting at 5:40am (planes and street bikes) so plan to be up at that time.

Pretty much everything. The room was nice and clean with a really nice view. I was on the second floor and my room was the Nutibara. We had breakfast included and it was really good and the portions were more than enough. We also had dinner our first night, and the food was reallyyyy good. The staff was amazingly friendly. We didn't have enough time to enjoy the whole building (game room, yoga room, cinema, etc...) because we stayed 2 nights only and most of the time we were outside, but our first night we used the pool and the view from it combined with the perfect temperature of water, made it really special. This is definitively a place you would not want to leave. The only thing I didn't like was that my room has a window connected to the Café on the first floor, early in the morning you will hear the whole interaction coming from the Café, which made our mornings kind of loud.

Staff and facilities. Great location as well! It’s noisy but they provide ear plugs which was awesome and solves the problem! The AC is on top of the bed and drips water, the sink design makes it hard to wash your hands.

Every thing was beautiful, clean, and the staff very nice and helpful. The hotel was colorful and full of history and culture
