The location, is close to mall, restaurants, bus stops and metro station (20min. walk) I didn’t feel scared of walking around the neighborhood it is pretty calm, there were homeless people tho (not so many) They have hot water shower!! :) My room didn’t have a window :( They can improve the rooftop, amazing space with a great view but so messy

The location was excellent, close to many attractions and convenient for getting around. While there were a few small mistakes made by some staff members, everything was eventually resolved thanks to the helpfulness of others on the team. I also appreciated their flexibility with check-in, which made my arrival much smoother. One downside is that there is no elevator, which might be inconvenient for some guests. Also, when I extended my stay beyond the original booking made through Booking.com, different staff members quoted different prices, which was a bit confusing.

There was no breakfast. There was no elevator. There was constant loud traffic. Room was ill furnished. Front desk adjacent to the room. was very loudly robbed during the night, with police sirens and loud discussions.

The 2 day times ladies they were very friendly The overnight Venezuelan front desk kind of rude and my room was never cleaned

-It’s a 6 stories building without elevator, It's quite exhausting to go up and down 6 floors up the stairs -I saw several cockroaches in the room
