Good location When we arrived, there were no towels in the room. They said they would bring them, but it took more than two hours, and we ended up going to the front desk to get them ourselves. The pillows had an unpleasant smell, and the bedding was dark-colored. We also asked for the room to be cleaned, but they left the bed poorly made. At night, the hallways had no lighting, and the TV signal was unstable. Overall, I feel the stay could have been better.

The room is depressing!! They didn't have a blow dryer available, not even one you can borrow! you must ask for toilet paper and new towels!
-
The door lock had some problems we got stock out of our room without all our belongings and we almost had to sleep in a different room. Also we found a cockroach on the bed

he beds are a complete nightmare, sagging with huge dips from years of overuse, the walls are so absurdly thin you’d think they were made of cardboard, you can hear your neighbor’s every breath and snore as if they were in your room, the bathroom doors hang crooked and don’t seal at all, and the reception staff treats you with utter contempt and disdain Nothing

The hotel is bang for the buck in Medellin. It's located in a quiet block walking distance from Unicentro shopping mall.

I liked the place and the location, good value for the money The service is not good, the management should pay more attention to the staff. The check in process was not friendly, they asked you to fill your information online with very little help on their side, so the desk person will do nothing. The next day in the morning they were supposed to have coffee available for customers and the pot was empty. It took over half an hour to get refilled. For a machine that is automatic and all you need to do is put coffee and water this is unacceptable. It was like they didn't care about people waiting.

Everything is okay.

It's small, and the bed wasn't confortable

The hotel is lovely and very good staff!! I’ll repeat easily, is very nice !

From the outside it looked really charming. They had really hot water. There was a fan in the room, so I was not hot. I paid $14 for the room and didn’t expect much and that’s exactly what I got. The bed was rock hard(I honestly think it was the box spring.). My room had a glass door so anytime the light in the hallway was turned on, my room flooded with light. The walls were super thin so I heard everything. The roach in my bathroom was a bonus.

Convenient location So uncomfortable, so hot, no windows no AC even, not clean at all

For what you pay, it’s what I expected. Bed and pillows are hard, and it’s can get hot. Also walls are paper thin.

Everything was great

The room was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean. I had a tv and fan, so I could had a great rest after long trip to get to Medellin. I went walking from there to Parque del Rio to watch the Christmas Lights, it was a nice walk and quite safe.
-
Was close to amenities. My room flooded when it rained. People smoking marijuana in their rooms when It clearly stated no smoking throughout the hotel, staff did nothing to stop this.
-
Free coffee is nice and good location near the large sports park, groceries and free gym Bed is terrible, shower head broken so sprays water and drips all night, bathroom constantly flooded, room has glass door so it's always light inside, there's no air in the room and the fan is incredibly loud
