Nice small room with everything you need, good breakfast and also brunch options in the hotel restaurant, nice quiet area with good connection to main avenues Cleanliness could have been slightly better, but in general it was ok, bathroom fan doesn't work so it gets very humid and it leads to the ceiling developing mold

Very nice hotel in a nice neighborhood. Very close to a pretty park. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good quality with multiple choices. The bed was on a platform that was wall to wall. The only way to get in the bed was to crawl from the end.

Nice location. Comfortable room and quiet We had no hot water for 2 days and the staff were polite but couldn’t offer an explanation or when it would come back in.

No hot water, but I know it was something unusual for the hotel. Also the hotel sign is hard to see , it is black and small , it is located behind a light post and it is very hard to see at night

Great location! 4 mins walking distance from the Conventions Center. I understand the minimalist concept but at least hide the plumbing in the rooms, put a telephone or an intercomm to contact the frontdesk, make a better breakfast.... I mean... there a number of things to improve

Clean, location, friendly staff. No HOT water to shower, no sound proof, heard everything from the street and lobby. Bed too firm.
