Staff are very noisy it was hard to sleep with them making so much noise

The hotel never clean the room for the 3 nights I stayed, the soap bar were 2 tiny soaps and no shampoo was provided.

Location. Low price. Receptionist marylin I think the price per night was lower than usual as it was ". Take the room you're offered ". I'd been before and liked my room. This was in poor condition. Old ripped mattress, broken glass in shower and broken tiles both dangerous as I cut my foot. It was noisier with rowdy guests and dance club across road adding to horns car alarms etc. But ok for 48.000 per night.

$250 was stolen from my room while it was being cleaned. The staff did nothing. I informed the owner who has still not compensated me in any way

As with previous visits, my comments are the same...most things were good or very good.. Some money was taken from my case. After careful consideration & review of the alternatives, this definitely happened, during cleaning of the room. I thought I'd hidden it well enough, obviously not! I informed the reception..None of them were interested in even discussing this. My comments were met with blank stares. I'd stay again if at the right price, and put any money in a VERY safe place. A good ,considerate hotel would offer some free nights in compensation. But it's unlikely that would happen here!

I've stayed before and everything has been good again. Great value when offers available. Clean, modern, aircon, strong hot shower. , busy noisy area but quite inside. Staff always courteous and helpful. Comfortable bed. Good TV

Nothing. Horrible experience The lady at the front desk was super rude and blame the platform saying that there weren’t rooms available and said that she as an exception would re-accommodate us in another hotel but obviously that is not an exception it’s what she had to do according with the policies. We were sent to another hotel next door with really bad conditions there weren’t even towels and they didn’t give us breakfast when it was included.

location was good the room was dirty and as the hotel is closed to the main road it's noisy. My room additionally was next to the reception so I could hear everyone ralking and the cleaners in the morning were were loud already at 6 am. Dont recommend it!

good sized clean room with decent bed and en suite with excellent strong hot shower bit noisy inside and out. A lot of car repair shops..Air around very dirty
