Shower head felt like a showering with a fire hydrant. Mold in room. Ac didn’t work. Tv didn’t work.
-
Its worth it for the money you pay I request to check out at 2pm and they charged me $20,000 pesos and the room was not even that comfortable

Cash only or scan QR code only working for Colombians. If you were foreigner, make sure you bring cash because Bookings website allow credit card payment but this hotel does not, they will send you a link to pay by credit card called "Bold" The spring inside the mattress is old and the bed is not flexible. TV is not working.
-
Location I guess. Cash only, black mold, no blankets, no tv, no fan, no shampoo, no trash can, no bedside, no windows, no safe, shower doesn’t close, just one towel. 175$ a night for this scam. Avoid this place at all costs unless you’re desperate.

They only take cash and I think as a business that's extremely unprofessional

Yo

Nothing The worst. No towels. Noise. No elevator. Dirty. One star would it be too much.

Do the staff members know the word kindness, or do they know how to give a good customer service? Because ALL members seemed to hate being there, therefore they put it on the customers.

The property was centrally located in Medellin I could easily walk a block and find tons of restaurants and bars. Because it is centrally located you have party buses driving by at late hours of the night. Also it’s across the street from a dance club, who would party until at least 1am or 2am in the morning. The WiFi is suspect, it’s the strongest in the lobby. The mattress is like sleeping on cardboard. It was so bad my back tightened up and I had to get muscle relaxers

Bed felt like I was sleeping on a rock
-
My bed was like sleeping on a rock as far as the mattress but the pillows were okay. It's a different staff that's before but most of them are okay
-
The bed was a bit hard and the fan did not cool the room well
-
The bed was more comfortable this time but not quite comfortable enough but it was pretty good
-
My room was infested with roaches plus something has changed here that hotels and apartments do not accept bank cards and visas from the USA anymore
-
The bed is hard and uncomfortable and the pillows are uncomfortable as well
-
Only a block away from here my cell phone was stolen from me and that is the worst
-
The door to the bathroom was broken so it would not completely close
-
I got bit by a spider The beds were hard and I woke up with spider bites on my neck and arm
-
No much Attention, clean, no elevator
-
Good
