They charged us taxes, even when we told them we were not residents. Room smelled bad, old property, so noisy the location, there was mold in the bathroom ceiling.

Breakfast included The most uncomfortable bed I ever slept on! I can still feel the springs pressing into my body.

Excellent location, the staff is very friendly. The air conditioning didn't work, you could hear people from other rooms which interrupted sleep, and there was no accessibility for people with disabilities.

Serious payment and safety issues. The hotel required an advance international bank transfer, then attempted to charge the full stay again on arrival, claiming the payment had not arrived. During the stay there were multiple maintenance and safety problems: in-room safe not working, mattress with exposed metal, peephole missing, poor soundproofing despite being advertised, noisy AC, plumbing leaks, and inadequate window sealing. Several advertised services were unreliable or not provided as described. Would not recommend.

Nicely located in Laureles. Clean room, friendly staff, and nice simple breakfast. Not a complaint as much as a note: not handicap accessible, must go up stairs. Would not recommend overpacking if possible.

Balcony door didn’t shut. Main room door looked like it had been kicked in a few times. Fridge did not work. Bed felt like you were sleeping on a flat rock.

The staffcleaning and kitchen people. Very friendly and humble. There are no elevators in the hotel. I stayed on the fifth floor and there was no curtain in my room. I had to improvise with a bed sheet. The Hotel also did not want to reimburse me for the stay that I had given up. I had to stay reluctantly so as not to spend money on other accommodation. In other words, they also failed to comply with consumer law.

Nice location They promised something they were not sure it was suitable for people. We booked 2 nights and we spent 1 night in a different room which was dirty and with a lot of noise.
