Very clean and close to everything. The staff. Every time I had a question, they would say I don’t understand and just wouldn’t help. Am Hispanic and it was very disappointing.

We will stay here again. They are currently doing renovations on the 4th floor. The workers came very early and began hammering which woke us out of sleep

The price for the quality is unmatched and extremely clean. Top roof jacuzzi over looking the city is great view. The exceptional staff hospitality and secure surrounding, move in and out of the hotel smoothly. The only possible improvement advise to have English food menu for others who don’t speech or read Spanish.

Great location Honestly the place was great located but the facilities weren’t what I had in mind, the way the bathroom is located isn’t the best but the staff keep the room clean, overall for the price it was a good deal.

very noisy, loudly people talking in the hall in the middle of the night. no respect for others that where sleeping. would be great if the hotel have a security

nice and new hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast. there is a nice cafe/bar/library/social club close to the hotel. cross the street and walk left.

the property was close to the subway and very friendly staff the layout of the room, not privacy in the shower located outside of the bathroom.

Good location to walk to metro and parque primero. Safe area. Supermarket nearby for snacks! Very friendly reception staff. Cockroach in the room. We had a first floor room and noise from reception area kept us up all night (people drinking in the bar, noisily coming home late, etc.)- there is no seperation between the floors and an internal open space so noise transmits easily. They then began using the side of the (internal) reception area for parking cars at 06:00AM! We asked to change rooms but were told we were too late to request this.
