Exceptional view from the balcony, the staff are very friendly and professional, Love the daily cleaning Breakfast items were limited but the staff are flexible with requests. Check In and out was easy. No telephone in room.

The breakfast based onnlocal cousine, and the options for dining.Staff, helpful and friendly. No option for heating food in the room. Floors and toilet not cleaned during room maintenance.

Bueno el dasayuno solo que no ay variedad, todos los Dias lo mismo, el spa buenisimo Erica fue mi masajista, la limpieza excellent , el restaurant en el piso 10 me facino Tiene una vista increible , las habitacion deben de poner mas de un papel de baño porq aveces se acaba a media Noche y es un problema. Pero me Gusto lo recomiendo No ponen la plancha ni el blower en la habitacion , ay que pedirlo a la receptionists,

Modern look It Wasn’t the cleanest hotel. Had found hairs and stains almost everywhere.

Nice decor. Safe surroundings. Noisy rooms and corridor. Noise from the street, noise from the bathroom of the next door room. Loud music in the corridor especially in the evening, penetrating in the room. Even after addressing the staff, the next day speakers open again. Bed uncomfortable and creaking. Douching uncomfortable for ladies due to missing telephone douche. The presentation and quantity of the breakfast were not consistent every day.

Noise levels. Our room was in the back where you could here all the loud traffic noises in the early morning.

Disgusting rat nest Absolutely disgusting and not worth half the price. The photos say a thousand words, just look for yourself. An industrial kitchen extractor fan outside the room’s door that sounds like a airplane, rust in the hand sink, no hot water, no wall faucet in the shower, no window coverings so light comes in at 5:30am, wall switches are set back 3 feet from the door jam so good luck going back to sleep in the middle of the night after you find it. This is a Motel that is marketed and charged as a Hotel. The owner should be ashamed. I almost forgot, trash and laundry in the hallway. Only one elevator that they use as service access so you could be waiting 5 minutes for it to arrive. Total waste of money!

Jacuzzi in my room was fantastic. I filled it up and watched TV while relaxing after a day of hiking or adventuring. Location is great near lots of restaurants, cafes and bars. They provided a glass bottle for you to refill with the water dispenser in the lobby (agua natural y con gas). Comfy bed with ample space. Across from two supermarkets too It was annoying to have to go down to get someone to let you up on the roof.

Very clean The douch area was a little slippery

Perfect location a few minutes to estadio station , easy to go to the touristic places from there , nice facilities , great staff , delicious breakfast Last day I did not had hot water but I was about to go to the airport so I didn’t even reported it , maybe just bad luck for me

Because it is nearly by 70 street I don't like that rooms to rooms you can listen all you att they speak from the Oder rooms Don’t have privacy.

Our room was small, but modern and it had a comfortable bed and pillows. Oh, it also had a nice view (9th floor). We initially reserved a big room with a balcony but it was on the 3rd floor without a view of the city. So, we asked for a higher room with a view.

Wonderful location. Close to many things, restaurants and bars.
