Un desacierto completo reservar este hotel. Desde que llegué, el staff fue nada amigable, me entregaron la habitación de afán y se nota que ni siquiera leyeron mis requerimientos. Ubicación de la habitación: Me asignaron una habitación frente al elevador, cuando ya había advertido que soy muy sensible al ruido. Higiene: Al llegar a la habitación, la taza del baño estaba con una suciedad terrible y desagradable. Cambio de habitación fallido: Pedí cambio de habitación por obvias razones de aseo, y me volvieron a ubicar en una con mucho ruido, al lado del elevador. Problemas técnicos: La habitación donde finalmente me quedé tenía problemas de luz. Falta de empatía: En el cambio de habitación, ni siquiera hubo una disculpa; la actitud fue de total indiferencia, como un simple "ah bueno, ahí la cambio entonces". Check-out y facturación: El check-out fue igual de terrible, la persona que atendió no fue nada amigable, y a día de hoy, 20 días después de la estadía, todavía no me ha llegado la factura. En conclusión, un hotel que sin duda NO recomendaría.

The location was good and the bar services were good The room only had few towels and we were four in the room. They didn’t refill basic things like toilet paper, the food in the morning was cold some times, they (waiters) forget about the people who are sitting outside

Nice looking small hotel with an exceptional staff, most of them go above and beyond to make sure you have a hood time while staying there. Special thanks to: Santiago David Jeison Anderson And others that I can’t remember the names. Balcony door could not be locked from the inside. No where to put your personal toiletries while taking showers, no shelves for soap, shampoo, shaving products, etc. Toilet door has no lock and didn’t even close all the way. No light just for toilet, had to turn room lights on during the night.

The property met expectation, was clean, comfortable and staff was lovely. And most important was quiet and therefore we could rest at night. The shower had a slow drain, that could not be fixed. The breakfast was ok.

The hotel staff member was splendid, very kind. The V Grand Hotel in Medellín was a very disappointing experience. The only positive aspect was the staff, who were kind and helpful. Unfortunately, everything else fell far below expectations for the price. The hotel is outdated and poorly maintained. The Wi-Fi is practically unusable (2–5 Mbps at best, even after trying multiple networks), and the cellular signal inside the hotel is extremely poor. The room showed clear signs of wear: a damaged sink, old towels, and an uncomfortable bed. The minibar had no pricing, and the air conditioning was noisy and ineffective. The bathroom setup is poorly designed—no proper shower, just a handheld extension, and no full partition, so the entire bathroom gets wet when used. Overall, this hotel is overpriced and not worth it. For the same price, you can easily find much better, more comfortable, and better-located options in Medellín. A very disappointing stay.

The staff, the room, the location, the facilities, the food, were all amazing. Especially housekeeping did an excellent job. I would have loved to have different preferences with the eggs and different soup options but other than that the food was great.

the hotel is gorgeous!!! it felt like a big tree house in the middle of it all. The staff was amazingly helpful remembering tastes and needs. Then add the delicious and complete breakfast every morning, including gluten free options and dairy free milk, all anyone could want or need. If im going to nit pick the bathroom light would turn on the extractor at the same time, always better to have them separate because the noise was bothersome when one person was sleeping and the other went to the bathroom.

Quiet Maybe they are still in the process. A lot has been done to the lobby and surroundings to give the place a modern look. This also needs to be done in the rooms. We need a better internet connection, smart TVs, and better hot and cold water regulation. If they fix this the place will be more attractive, where the people that has stay will help spread the word. The place has potential.
